Last week we saw majority housemates found Teja threat to their survival so targeted her. Rakhi played well to gather support against Teja. That explains why Teja is not a captain this week. She is a threat. Even if Vishal and Umar were in the house they would play for themselves so are all housemates are eliminating competition. It is nothing to do with sorting relation.

Honestly, at this point, I think everyone just hates her and cannot stand her as a captain. If she is strong, she doesn't need captaincy anyway, it would just give her another reason to boss people around until the show ends.

But how can she even expect anyone to support her after she denounced them yesterday and said "I am alone". Obviously, you want those close to you to become captain. It's not a threat thing, it's relationships and she has managed to sour every one of them.
