Ha ha ha ha ha! You read my mind. I have actually spent some time considering Imlie's position. Girls from villages are not as naive as one my believe, just like Imlie said in the episode today, there is no stereotyping, as in girls in today's age cannot be innocent. To each his own.

I think, its not so much that she is unaware to the concept of a certain physical intimacy between a man and a woman. I think it is the actual/real experience of physical intimacy with a man that her body clearly responds to, who her mind refuses to consider as anything more than a friend.

I do think, she is child like, more focused on tomboying, studying, building towards a career so far, to pay much mind to the normal gossip/boy worshipping that goes on around her. In my mind, I see her reaction to such talk/discussions as mildly amused and not really indulging.......until now. Now, I think Imlie will seek answers. While one might want Aryan to be the "educator", in the interest of empowered, intelligent women, I'd like her "seek" this knowledge on her own first. Aryan can be the......shall we say "demonstrator/instructor".

🤣Sorry, you have me on a roll with this one. But I assure you I did consider this particular question in the modern context. Just my vision of Imlie. She will get there, like I said she will find her inner goddess. Don't know if how slow or quick this journey is.
