According to today's episode harsh will accelerate the shaadi functions because shaadi me bahut adchan aa rhi hai. Akshu will not be able to say anything and aarohi will be blamed for that may be . And then during sangeet/haldi/wedding something will happen with abhi like jhoomer ka girna and all and akshu will see this sitting on a wheel chair and she will scream abhimanyuuuuu.
