Maybe I am in the minority, but the appeal a movie holds for me is definitely amplified by the attractiveness of its cast. And man, is HR looking fine or what... Really excited about this remake!

Though i like Hrithik, for the sake of South movies i hope this movie doesnt work...can't imagine how many remakes will follow if this becomes hit

Did some of you seriously expect him to look like Aryan from Dhoom 2 when he's playing Vedha? Of course he has a thick beard and yes, he is STILL attractive af ❤️

I’m just so happy Super 30 (with WAR as a cherry on that delicious cake) succeeded and gave him the much needed confidence in following his instincts and taking even more challenging roles 🔥😍

It is Vikram Vetal adaptation and hence the name. A very very creative and mass interpretation of that story. But made in Tamil first where Vetal's character was played by VJS And Vikram character by Maddy. So remake also Bollywood mein ab na creative story telling hai na dhang ka mass movie making. Remake is the only solution then

I don't know. Hrithik might do a good job but he's no Sethupathi. He'll obviously bring in the numbers and mass appeal. No doubt about that.

But strictly from an acting pov(don't know if that even makes sense), I feel like SRK or Saif would suit this role better. SRK making the cops go bonkers would suit him to the T. And for Saif if this had a rustic setting (his Langda Tyagi is classic).

Hope it does well though 😊

BTW why are fans from South bashing this? Comments on Southern sites like NewsMinute, Galatta were very negative.

Remakes happen all the time so why the bashing?

South indian movie fans want their industry to take over Bollywood and are butthurt that this will likely be more successful and popular than the original. Bollywood movies at the end of the day have more mass appeal, look at how iconic Kabir Singh is while the original is not nearly as well known
