Arey if they really want to whitewashing him then you can show him other way round. You makers are having so much itching to put him at every unrequired places like seriously. You just can make him walk away silently and make him in self guilty of doing the violence with Anu in past. Looks like the song mentioned in your post became the ray of light in your life and the lines you translated too means that. And I can relate to that in a way too.

Because at one point in my life too I was completely fed up seeing how all the doors are closed and are still closed with no way out and when that affects you deeply with or without you realizing it. I too at some point felt like giving up but then at that time that Anime series became my ray of light. My Dad sometimes got so angry at me as to why I was so crazy about this anime, where girls about my age don't watch these stuff and I'm being crazy about a anime show and we did have arguments over it but still I did not say anything during those times to him but later once I did ask him that what was the reason he watches his educational/documentary type of show and he said to learn something important and then I told him that the reason I am so crazy about this anime is because I did see something in this show that taught me something important but never pointed to him what it was. But it did help me in a life changing way and that was the ML's patience to stand strong in front of all the issues he faced and not giving up at any cost.

I see only one way now for the makers to fix this is by making Anu tell Vanraj to start with yourself first by sorting it out with Kavya and then to preach others

This is so true yaar Azra.. they have literally killed the character of Anuj..just because someone can not digest the success. He can't ask actor to act bad, so he just got his best friend for script changes to there whims and fancy.

I know I had the same doubts when we saw the precap last week on Friday.. really feel like giving them a slap.. I so wish some women empowerment groups actually go outside there office and hold them accountable. They are actually making a mockery of abuse survivors.
