Bit to show a virgin going through surrogacy is medically/ ethically wrong here in the US but recently they made the movie Mimi in India where the FL was a virgin surrogate mother so looks like Indian medical system doesn’t have any strict rules as to who can become a surrogate or not,
Anita is definitely a surrogate in this case.

Again untrue. According to Indian Surrogacy act, the surrogate mother has to be married atleast once. The surrogacy in the movie is illegal. The law is sound. Even for foreigners who come to India for surrogacy. It's a different thing if an medical facility violates the law and that can happen in any country across the globe.

Sorry if I sound a bit aggressive! Its just that the perception of Indian laws to foreigners is inaccurate.

Akka🤗! Actually, there are laws here for the same, and inpatients of any sort do have to provide ID proof. In Government Hospitals in TN, there's a lot of security involved to manage the crowds. And there's actually extra safety precautions taken in the case of involvement of any babies.

We have a 6 floor block that caters only to OG (obstretics and gynaecology) in my College Hospital, and any patients or attenders will not be allowed inside without an ID if they are there for anything except a check up or consultation. Inpatients and their attenders, along with the babies once born, are all provided with IDs or tags. There are cameras at every entrance to the building, plus watchmen, so it's actually very safe.

It's a different thing that some institutions may go around the law, for which, of course they can be sued, and action will be taken against them. The quality of the Indian law enforcement system is a different conversation altogether though... 😳

You know they want to show dhara mahaan but she had it all easy.. Easiest life of all.. She married gautam, who she was already friends with, her brother was his best friend, these three bandars already adored her, suman not so much, but she was paralysed, shop was already at the point where it could only go up, no resistance from anywhere at all, everyone encouraged her... She made decision to not have children, again it was her decision, she didn't compromised with her dream, now she wants to fulfill her dream & literally everyone is ready to put their life for that, she achieved the status of God.. Nobody did planning plotting.. Even her third angle is plotting against another couple

Idhar Raavi & Rishita ko dekho, resistance, compromise on every front, their husbands are the definition of unsupportive... their moral is broken down daily, they have to pay the price of her mayka's wrong doing.. Especially Raavi she has to pay the price of literally everyone's wrong doing, still nobody understands her, still she wants only good for them, put everything else before her, first time she expressed her hurt & shit hit the roof.. & everybody from every other planet is making her pawn of their scheme.. Give this girl a break
