Raavi decorating the room and proposing will not happen because Anita jo kaand karnewaali hai, she will take Raavi away when she comes to know Raavi is going to propose. Then tje whole drama at the hospital which might yet again lead to Shiva-Raavi misunderstanding and fight. M

Raavi ki proposal bhi adhoori hogi.

Atleast in Shiva’s case Raavi saw what he did but in Raavi’s case Shiva might not even see the arrangements
