Yeah exactly...I am not claustrophobic I have anxiety so in stressful situations I feel like someone put on heavy weight on my chest and my chest in not moving,I am not breathing,I can't breathe,and than I start getting breathless those broken words as she was saying,incomplete sentences only I can utter and than my head starts aching and I start feeling light headed...aise lagta hai mar jaungi ab saans nahi ayegi.

My brother is younger than me...only he can handle my panic attacks...he starts counting,kabhi random names lene lagta hai and ask me to repeat after him mein toh khud se kuch bhi nahi kar sakti....uske peeche peeche bolti hu and than dheere dheere it feels ki thik hai...fir kafi mein time breath gets even.

But I think you can understand claustrophobia better,I was talking about the panic attack she got due to her phobia was very well enacted and I am thankful to her that she put on work in getting that becoz other wise it would have felt like making fun.
