I haven't watched the episode but based on the write up and other people's comments I feel like Imlie was slyly trying to slide Aryan into the friendzone but Aryan was having none of that with his "Konsa dost..." comment.

Thank God coz considering all the s**t that has happened under the guise of friendship in this show it's a relief that Arylie will not define whatever relationship is brewing between them as that of just being 'dost'. That word should now only be reserved for Adini who have actually made it into just another disgusting 4 letter word.
