Oh obviously... If he does, then he'll think she cares ... Then his hopes will go up. Then, he'll confront Akshu and she'll start Aarohi jap. Plus, now that Aarohi and Abhi are actually engaged, Akshu is gonna avoid him as much as she can.

Makers can't have Abhi and Akshu happy. So anything that can help in that direction, is gonna be hidden and buried forever. So, I don't think he'll ever find out.

But every time he tries Akshu shuns him away, even he was trying to understand why she ran away from the hospital after trauma case, Akshu started to say but then she stopped herself.

He even tried to ask her what the issue was, when she had the panic attack at the trip but she could not tell him.

Whenever he could and wherever he could ,he has stood up for Akshu, itna toh credit dungi mein.

She should have avoided him but she went out of the way to get the Jamun leaves for him. Akshu could have given it to Arohi to bandage Abhi's hand but no she had to do it herself.

he doesn't see beyond his love obsession for AKSHU that's the problem nobody else matters

AKSHU loves AAROHI he knows that

so why is he treating AAROHI someone who he thinks saved him and someone who AKSHU cares about so badly

after all he proposed to AAROHI right so why is he behaving like he's doing ehsaan on her

i am sure he would punch a guy that treated his sister like this
