It was after Fake pregnancy track. By then entire family started liking Sai. Didi tries tries to make family against Sai but Ninad asks her to take care him after discharge.

I don’t think he gets it now. I am sure Sai will leave this time. She will bump in to Sruthi as pullu is asked for consultation in Sruthi’s case. She goes there as student. But meets Sruthi and Virat there,

more heart break on the way for Sai.
