Pyaar ki daawat is owned by one of the initial creative director of the show, she's is having personal connection with Saishi

She's in that bts pic where Shivi (in white saree infront of Charminar) giving cake to Mishraji

If I am not wrong Kadambari who is running Pyar ki Daawat was also the creative of MHRV at some point…if she gets the order for Sai and Shivi she must be knowing where to deliver…
