He has that kind of self awareness to know that he is not the best... and he is not someone should aspire to be because he is emotionally hurting... he is broken and has to mask his emotions all the time!

And that is how i wanted story to move, them being vulnerable in front of each other and accepting flaws, carrying each others broken pieces and then mend it with love... I want them to connect through their pain and turn it into salve for each others brokeness. <3

Both of these are true, but I don't think that Aru is against good investigative journalism as such. Like you said, he thinks that Aditya is arrogant and abusive as a journalist. Whilst not entirely true, the second part is not wrong either. Aditya is not a good journalist. That was apparent from how he treated the actress but also the fight club scene where he was getting Aru arrested without investigating properly.

That's the major problem with Aditya— his sanctimony and overinflated sense of ego. Aryan did not publish Imlie's article just to spite Aditya. Like he later explained, sach ki kadvahat mein umeed ki mithas. The second instance, he probably just cornered Aditya to castigate him in front of his juniors, probably. But Adi blew it out of proportion and made things too easy for Aryan to demote him. Anywhere else he'd have been fired for rumourmongering about the boss and an intern, tbh.

Bold: He is not... he is against Adi and his style of journalism. Adi who is supposedly a great journalist cannot seem to do one thing right. Whether it be arresting someone without proper investigation or insulting an actress or looking down at gossip journalism or unprofessionally publishing a shokh sandesh for his marriage while insulting and questioning the character of the woman he claims to love.

Blue: True, ASR believed that Imlie deserved it... but that doesn't mean he was a fan of Adi's journalism 🤪 He doesn't think Adi is fit to be writing articles... and rightly so.

Purple: that he did... he just gave ASR more reason to hate him and demote him. The man has no control over his mouth... and his thinking is disgusting!
