In the past two weeks of episodes dedicated to loan kaand they've been generous enough to give Shivi ss & have separate scenes for them and even though I'm not complaining all I can think about is how they've gone from 'Dost Banna Chahti hoon' to 'I Love You' to 'Kiss'.

In the kitchen scene when Raavi extends her hand Shiva HAPPILY takes it and acknowledges that they're friends (which he shouldn't have if he had feelings for her as per logic or whatever) by the dialogue 'Dosti Ki shuruwat aisi hai tho aage kya hogaa....'. Means he acknowledged the friendship and wanted to be in that phase.

In the Shiva saving Raavi from the cliff scene an admission of love would have made a teensy sense to me if it was after he saved her because it would have come out from a place of pure dread, loosing her would have done a damage to him and so he knows he loves her kinda thing. But before? It felt super misplaced. Like Raavi wait Imma coming but Ohhhh...wait Yeah I love you. That's the reason I laughed. I know it ight be only me who thinks that the ILY was misplaced but I can't help it, sequencing is an important aspect yk?

However the Kiss made sense to me if I see things from Shiva's POV (not to mention the ever-present Bhabhi Maa Ke Sikhaye Ko Pura kar raha hoon naam ka cringe). After the ILY, Kiss makes sense but ILY after the acknowledgement of friendship confuses me.

At the same time Raavi's reaction to the kiss was again SUPERRR OUT OF NOWHERE. Don't get me wrong I LOVED it, the shy triumphant smile on her face, but after all the friendship crap they did in the kitchen scene? Nuh-Uh. Nopesy. Confusion. Confusion. Confusion.

All in all I'm super-duper sure the makers do not know themselves how they want to bring out the Shivi love track. Its as if they saw the dosti backlash and are trying to salvage it with the help of misplaced admission of feelings. But then again why the argument? How problematic is it to stay in ONE FREAKING ZONE? Do not oscillate please it has messed me up truly.

Toh now I don’t consider Pandya store has a family show , but drama show bass .

Like they'd say two sentences, then shy away. Dosti was mid ground. Dosti was a shield to hide behind from where they could volley their feelings over to the other side, but not have to feel shy about it thanks to labels. So they were both happy to have that shield between them at that point where there was no immediate need to face their feelings. When they could still take their own time.

The ILU's sequencing would have been better if it had been after, completely. But i would've still gone with it if he'd had those flashbacks and confessed while running towards her. Stopping, thinking, then confessing before you run to save your literally hanging by the edge wife's life? I haven't watched the episode yet, but if that was my husband, I'd have thrown the first thing I could lay my hands on once he'd saved me.

But, now that he's said all these super romantic things to her, called himself her pati haq se, Raavi must have moved out of the dosti phase too, so her reaction to the kiss didn't surprise me.

PS Don't try to put them in a zone, because they just don't work that way. Sometimes I feel like the label of marriage is just so inadequate for them. Their each other's person, ekdum KDice style. Will keep you conphusiya'd for life..... 🤣

Imo, Raavi's friendship offer was because she didn't want to be enemies anymore. She's wanted to be friends since childhood and has said that to him before too....after the kangan kaand....just before mannat...she even made lots of indirect references during Disu track. For her, she wanted to change the label of their relationship and then build on it.

On the other hand, Shiva's wanted more and so kept saying no to being friends. Now tho, he has some inclination that she likes him. So he's willing to go at her pace regardless of his feelings.

Re the kiss, they've both been having these staring contests for a while 😆 even in the sequence just before the actual kiss, ankhen kahin aur hi thi before they got awkward and backed away 😆 that's why I'm not giving any credit to chudail in this scenario. If I go with this thought, even Raavi's yay but still not acknowledging it makes sense. Her feelings are growing too regardless of what her conscious brain tells.

I guess because Shivi are so confused their games seem confusing too lol. But I think the overarching theme is that labels don't apply. They'll fight....but still look after each other.....give horrible taane.....but will start flirting again. That's how all their scenes have been.

Bold - agreed. Even the editing was messed up with chudail intercutting it 🤔 That's why I liked the banter when he was holding her in his lap and the truck ride more than the actual rescue.

Yes, I just hope Shiva sits and think how she feels, how emotional she was that she even played with her life to get the family back.. she deserved to know, she is also part of family.. even now Rishita is not back, and they are partying! I am sure Raavi will make this a point.. Shiva is only expressive when it comes to Bhabhi ma!! I don't know, but I doubt if he cares if Rishita stays or not!
