I finally watched, well most of it. My niece is sleeping over and we were playing video games. I did manage to catch up on the thread and caught updates on twitter. I have one very big complaint though guys:

Why is that no one warned me about "client ke request hai" and then Aryan and Imlie's very adorably awkward side-to-side dancing?? 🤣 I almost died laughing watching him try to swag it out with this shoulders, and Imlie to the side with her chirpy shoulder pumps. What in the world 😂😂😂😂. These two give me life right now.

As far as Aru's feelings go -

- I can't help but note that despite the lecture on personal versus professional he proceeded to get very personal with Imlie 🧐🧐 ahem ahem.

- He also didn't answer Imlie's question on why he interfered with Anu.

- What followed after Imlie realized what Aryan was about was so sweet and soft. "Cover ho gaye. Stop crying". Almost like, please stop crying now.

Agree so much. When you are in pain you hit below the belt. But this is something entirely different and felt very off. But at the same it sums up Aditya's acidic tone when talking about "Mr.Rathore" to Imlie or when he ragged about her closeness with Sundar in front of anyone. I did feel though that this was too much and I didn't need it to like Aryan.

This is sick because the problem seems to be spilling over from Aryan to any male counterpart yaar.

We don't need this atrocity for liking Aryan. Aryan is a robust character in himself. So can the sleaze be kept to a bare minimum? Aditya has done enough damage already.

But it could be also the fact that when somebody's ego is wounded, they turn into somebody unrecognisable from their actual self. I don't think it's a narrative to establish Aryan, but it's an actual narrative of society. Most men do this all the time, blame women for the failure of relationships rather than accepting the fate. Not just men, but women do this to women.

Weave a narrative around themselves of being the greater victim while wallowing in self pity, when the courageous thing would be to own upto your mistakes and learn from them to grow as an individual.

My problem is the dialogue writing. Although I appreciate the back and forth between Aryan and Aditya, with Aryan echoing some of my thoughts, the dialogues are awful. It's disturbing. Please standard to rakho kuch. Aur nahi liya jayega, no matter how petty exes are for real, but I truly am getting sick of the same trash.
