He was never in a relationship with Tunisha!!! They were co actors on a show, plus they're family friends. Tunisha was struggling with mental health at the time and KD helped her out, which she's later talked openly about to media outlets and stuff. They have a huge age gap, she's pretty literally a bacchi in comparison to him, and KD has denied those rumours multiple times too. And not the jisko jo pata chalna hain pata chal jayega denying that he does when asked about Bacchi, but the actual we were only friends, no relationship there kind of denying. 😆
