Lol this is just before the finale. 😆

Basically after Shivani gets out of jail and goes on a revenge rampage, she tracks down Vijay who is paralysed and on a wheelchair after the car accident that killed Shivani's sister and niece. Then she decides to cure him, showering "love" on him, hence the song 😆

Once he gets better and proposes, she stabs him and tells him that her goal was to heal him before killing him because its a sin to kill an immobilized person who cannot defend himself.
