I have a feeling ki Mukku is seeing her mother in Anu and wants to have her by her side only.. only way to achieve that is by getting her married to her brother.. she is lonely and desperately want someone to attach herself. From what she has heard from Anuj, she knows that Anu is that person.

Aisa lag raha, ek baar in dono ki shaadi hogi aur phir...Muku Anu pe bache ki tarah pura haq jataegi...Anu mere saath soyegi, mere liye khanna banayegi etc etc.. in a way how kids at times come between couples private time..

This way, she would get what she wants and in a way make Anuj suffers. Use Anu mil ke bhi nahi milegi.. and these two will sacrifice for Mukku happiness, khushi khushi. This would continue till Anu bridges the gap between Siblings which will take time..

When Anu will realise that Anuj needs her, his family, his Mukku needs her, she will go the extra mile to fight for her marriage..

I disagree!

If there's love, that too MaAn jaisa Wala love, you don't need any other reason to get married. I agree, it isn't like even after confession MaAn will jump onto propose their marriage on their own. They will take time and most importantly will try to consider each other's thoughts and comfortability about this decision but Love is enough reason.
