Would anupama be anupama without anuj?

I want to ask audience would anupama reach where she is today a respected business women without anuj kapadia. That too in such short time?

Tell me honestly who gives a gujrathi medium 11th pass business partnership and head of business if not anuj kapadia?

You have to invest atleast 30% to get partnership in business i mean major stake holders. Anupama did not invest one rupee in anuj business and became his 50% partner and incharge of hotel business

Do you think if not anuj kapadia will any big businesss man invest so much money in anupama and give her such big post?

Business head usually are very educated MBA, BE, CAs who understand finance, sales, marketing, HR etc that too with 30 plus years exp

Do you not think anupamas success is 90% contribution anuj kapadia and only 10% is hers?

Because anuj showed belief and faith in her

Also only because of anuj she got guts to go and work out without fear unlike before

And only because shes career person she got guts to walk out of house when vanraj and baa said she spent night with anuj etc nonsense

If anuj not come in her life she would be some cook in some 2 star hotel or cooking for children in school mid day meal programs

In mumbai bangalore hyderabad cities cooks in school are 12th pass and degree holders know english better than any corporate person

MBAs and BEs Mcom Phds are school teachers(even with work exp in It cos for 10-15 years) in metro cities because women do not get jobs after 35 years in IT company or any company in india

Do you think anupama would be this corporate career business partner head without anuj kapadia?

In todays world relatives will not give such high post to family members with all qualifications that which anuj gave anupama without any qualification or experience

This does not happen in real world

So hats off to Mr anuj kapadia for taking anupama from ground and making her sit in sky

But in serial less credit he gets always no one except anupama brother praises him and devika and samar

Unless you work in infosys or wipro from 1990s even gardener, peon etc there owns mercedes as stock they got is crores of rupees value

Otherwise tough to see a rise and success like anupama

Haan,vaise I think it would have been better if they would have shown Anu starting her own food business, and anuj being one of the investors.

Because real life mein bhi, business ke liye you don't need a degree, but more of a knack for it and some skills which can be honed with experience and your business starts progressing.

Then it would have been a little more realistic, kyunki already established business ka partner itni jaldi banjana is weird.

There was this show "Shaadi Mubarak", that was also a mature love story, both the leads there had started their own wedding firm from scratch, the guy had put in the money and the lady her skills (she also wasn't highly qualified in education)...

Obvi he gave it to her cuz he loves her. There is no denying that. And you’re right she wouldnt have had the same opportunities without some sort of hook-up if this were real life. In terms of him getting less credit…the shahs see him as a threat so the last thing they are going to do is encourage him to support her.

OK shes not qualified at least experience in hotel should be there

Shes fresher and head of 5 star hotel chain

Imagine The tatas taj hotel kind of hotel will they make a house wife a head of it or the oberios

If not education MBA or hotel management you should have experience of min 25 years to be head of hotel

You must know finance, marketing how to talk to foreign client business men and politicians

Its not easy

Anupama is not fit for that role

By being great cook you cannot handle staff or big hotel clients

Handling a house and fammily is not same as handling 500 staff in 5 star hotel plus clients

Clients are not your neighbour hood auntys you see that you will give bashan and they shut up

So anupama is not at all qualified for such job to make major decisions etc

If you think of real life

Will the Taj or hilton hire an anupama or an MBA or Hotel management degree person with 25 years exp

Also employees do not respect or listen to those less qualified or experienced than them that too an woman

This is reality of asia work places
