Finally watched the 1st ep. 😊
I can't find words to express how I felt watching this drama.. coz it is similar to the situation here in South Yemen. We had our own country which we lost it because we believed in unity. Now after more than 30 years of this Unity between the 2 Yemens.. Most of ppl here feel that partitiin is the solution.🥺
I loved the direction, and the acting. This new guy : Talha made me drool for him.😳 This year we saw any newcomers , From Arslan Nasir to Momin Saqib to Danial Zafar to Zaviyar Noman to Azaan Sami Khan to Talha.. it is refreshing to see more talented guys on screen. 😃
I m so grateful to u that finally u have watched the epi
Yes it was very well made and the new guy talha is just so good
OMG
And yeah I m loving the new heroes we got this year
They r all so good
I wish this was a daily show. A week is too long to wait.
Criminally underrated and what a show! This indeed is international level. I actually started watching this after Hassan and Amna raved about it in their reviews and the comments section was filled with JBG being a masterpiece..and it SO is. Ok what the hell was Maya doing in that Pehli si mohabbat..she was so wasted in it..rotlu baby🤢
- My god she is so good here! Confident, bold, firebrand and so bright! I excepted nothing less from Wahaj - he is absolutely fantastic and I love the way he has changed his accent and adapted to the character, but I am actually very surprised with Maya 😆 superb and so impressed..also the professor, Nadia as the mother, Captain as the prince charming..Loving it!! the cinematography, direction, editing, art direction, the characters - the pace at which it is moving - so engrossing! I dont like watching India-Pak partition dramas or movies for obvious reasons (I am an Indian..soo...), too much jingoism at display from both sides..
But I like the tone of this drama and keen to see the narrative weaved on fall of Dhaka and how it impacted so many lives.

Yeah I love something haute. You know they read my comment once. I’m a regular.
JBG is simply awesome, forget which side of the fence you are on, and just watch for the experience. The university massacre was such a big event which i came to know after this show went on air, let’s see how they tell that part of history, until now they are pretty clear that the Bengali’s didn’t like the west Pakistanis due to the way they were treated. And that’s fair. All Pakistani’s understand that. It was a huge part in the creation of Bangladesh.
I have hopes that it will not all be partial to the Pakistani narrative. But in the end it is the memoirs of captain Farrukh so why would it be otherwise?

Oh wow, yeah something haute is a really cool channel and I love Hassan and Amna a lot :) Happy to see their popularity increasing! Wow, really? was it in the haute bites episodes, where they discuss comments of fans?
Yes exactly, I am actually impressed with the neutrality of it sofar..and more than the political narrative of formation of Bangladesh, I love how the show is made - such fine and classy direction uffffff!
