I thought Imlie clarified that there was nothing between Aryan and her in her difficult rant...that "when you doubt a boss and intern relation then it is difficult." And I could be wrong, but after Adi saw Imlie with Aryan in the hotel room, she send a letter for Adi, maybe she might have explained in that and she might have assumed that like her earlier clarification regarding Aryan, this time also Adi didn't believe her and gave her divorce paper.

And I didn't feel like Imlie was using Aryan to make Adi jealous. Aryan suggested that they do the arti and Imlie refused. It was Adi who taunted and painted them immoral if they did aarti together. Imlie gave her explanation when she decided to do arti with Aryan. That there was dirt in Adi's heart and devotion to God has no dirt. If you stretch it a bit then you can say Adi threw a challenge at Imlie and Imlie got goaded and took the challenge.

Technically, Imlie sent a letter prior to Aditya seeing them together expressing her heartfelt emotions which were replaced with divorce documents. After Aditya saw them together, he took it as a wrong impression but seeing the papers reinforced the kachra in his head and he signed the documents. Not even once before that, he thought, if she sent the paper why was it not signed, why is she still not signing and pleading him to listen, why she ran to his house in the morning to explain her stance. Nothing. He was plain and simple in mourning the death of a marriage. After that, he resorted to vindication with obituary and other cheap comments just to inflict pain on Imlie for something she is not at fault for. If you ask me, then if he wants her to beg before him also, she has done that, but he turned her away. What does he want, I fail to comprehend.

Imlie did not use anything. Its just a viewpoint. Just because some don't like them together or because they feel its a rerun of Aditya and Malini, that is why it looks like Imlie is wrong. If you ask me, the amount of filth both of them have spilled together over the past few weeks, AryLie haven't even touched that much dirt in a few days.

I have a doubt, if Imlie asks Adi not to marry Malini will he call off the wedding? She did already warn him that he was making the same mistake again and he wasn't much affected then. So, maybe if she grovels and apologizes to him for leaving T house and for having an affair with Aryan, I doubt he is going to call off the wedding soon. He is going to drag it to the mandap and then have realization that just because Imlie left him, doesn't mean he has to marry someone else and his love is maybe not that feeble!

Regarding the Arti and Imlie using Aryan to make Aditya jealous : I think it was Aryan who suggested to do the Arti in order to sting Aditya. Was it a petty thing to do on his part? Yes. Was it cruel and manipulative? No. He doesn't owe Aditya sympathy. In fact, Aditya doesn't deserve any sympathy for not only dragging Imlie's name through the mud but also marring Aryan's professional reputation. Aditya essentially implied that he preys on young interns and offers them promotion in exchange of sex. Aditya wouldn't come across as a decent person to a neutral observer let alone Aryan who has gotten entangled in the matters. Aditya deserves far more retaliation for essentially conjuring up an affair between Arylie from a week's interaction. Lol, what?

Imlie wouldn't have taken the bait if Aditya did not incessantly taunt them like a 17yo fückboi.
