Like I said, the movie has been delayed for a long time. So they have to promote it well in advance if they want to have any shot at recovering the investment.

Ayan doesn't have the goodwill of Rajamouli or SLB. Their films don't get delayed like this. If they won't promote this film, it's not going to work as audience has clearly lost all the interest because of all these delays.
