Anita thinks Motiben is helping her but little does she know that Motiben doesn’t help anyone but herself, not even Janardhan. We know her true intentions, she us taking revenge on Pandya parivar for all the humiliation caused by them especially the thapad kaand by Shiva made the maid slap Motiben.
When Motiben has no love for Rishita, who is her own blood, she will have a soft corner for Anita? Never. Anita is her scapegoat to get more hold on Pandya parivar 😆

How muchever Anita tries, she will end up with Hardik and become a surrogate for Dhara, because just like all the money lenders we have seen in the show for the past 2 episodes and tomorrow again, O strongly feel tje Doctor is fake too or he has no clue about IVF or is going to botch it for Dhara.
