I was talking to my friend after today's episode trying to understand Akshara's perspective. I have been supporting her all this time and I see nothing wrong so far in how she has been behaving. But today's dialogues I was like what? You know I do not understand Hindi so my friend translates the episodes for me cause I watch them when they drop instead of waiting the day later to see the subs on Hulu. I'm impatient that way 😳 Anyways, I was baffled by what she was saying until I talked it through with my friend.

I think for the most part all of us understand why Akshara was silent during the tilak fiasco. She was protecting her family (including her sister as it was her engagement that broke). The second time she was doing it again for family because of the fight that had happened at the tilak and even in the hospital. The family elders are continuous fighting with each other. Even if the Birla's would have accepted Akshara during that second time on her side of the family Bade Papa and AG may not be so keen on the rishta. Then we had another fight during Ruby's false allegations case when Sir (Harshvardhan) came and spoke so disrespectfully to Bade Papa trying to get Akshara's help to clear Abhimanyu's name. And today although Sir came and said his thanks there was still tension from the Goenka's side. We know Akshara values family and for her even though she loves Abhimanyu if that means possibly breaking from her family for this love that may not be something she is willing to do (and I'll put pin here and say, yet) Maybe its a old school value...thinking however, you want to put it...but you don't break ties with your family just because you fall in love with some guy/girl. The real relationship is to tie everyone into one family. The joining of both families in the celebration of two people who love each other that's the ultimate win and goal.

Akshara was trying to explain this to Arohi who just doesn't get it. Because Arohi is a narcissist she believes everything revolves around her. She believes Akshara is only ever doing things to make herself look better in everyone's eyes. She thinks Akshara is always competing with her and playing games. So when Akshara answered Abhi's call she showed Arohi that she was not lying. That she could and has ended her side of the relationship with Abhimanyu so he can move on.

And I think Akshara sort of warned Arohi nothing good will come of this if she continues to chase after Abhimanyu. Akshara also very clearly stated the truth Abhimanyu loves her not Arohi. And that's a truth that Arohi can never erase. Arohi 🤪of course won't get it because she does not understand the depth of Abhimanyu and Akshara's love. I mean these two people freaking ran into a burning storage room today: one to prevent the other one from entering to save the kids and the other ran in to save her love

Poor Abhimanyu 🥺 his heart is broken and he's just an emotional mess right now. I suspect some angry and poor decision making later. I do think Akshara should give a break to Abhimanyu and just tell him the truth. But the problem with him is any remote sign of hope he may take it and run with it as he is just craving love from the one he loves.

I'm looking forward to tomorrow's episode as that conversation with Akshara and Arohi is still ongoing.

Oh, by the way not sure if you noticed but when Arohi was asked to enter into the house. She walked in with her left foot first instead of her right one. Any significance? Cause when Akshara walked in she went in with her right foot first and Anand got that message that a case was closed.

It was really a heart wrenching episode...Karishma as Aarohi was superb! She is lost all sense in her drive to get abhimanyu.. But hopefully sab jaldi theek hoga

Too right, the only reason I'm tolerating this is because I know Arohi will be exposed and oh boy am I going to watch that episode with popcorn! Cannot wait.

Yeah no i totally get where all these akshara frustration coming from. what she has been doing is just extremely harsh although according to her and to some extent the truth as well that it is for everyone's betterment. She really did crush all his hopes and given him instant death not once but multiple times and it makes my heart physically hurt at this point. I have silently accepted and supported all akshu's decisions until today when she just danced on arohi's tune when abhi called her today. What infurated me more was how she didn't even confront her for taking the credits and deceiving abhimanyu and the birlas. like that so deosn't go with her character because in my eyes, she has been kind and sacrificing but also a fighter and knows when to open her mouth and never let anyone squash her. she has always stood up for herself as well as others (during pune track, and then letting arohi do her internship at the birla hospital, and then going against everyone to support abhi for the ruby case etc). so how such a strong character became so ridiculously foolish out of the blue is something i'm having a hard time to wrap my head around. I'm just hoping against hope that in tomorrow's episode she does something that redeems the blunder she made today.

You know as a person who has done what Akshara is doing (minus I was not in love or anything 🤣) I totally get her and understand her but since I have seen Abhimanyu except the Abhimanyu in the show has self respect, I kinda liked it but the way writers are only giving rejection scene and no angst make want to collect our forum members writer CV and send it to them.

@red: honestly speaking and as i have mentioned in my earlier comments in this thread as well, that abhi's character is by far the closest to my heart due to the consistency and magnitude of passion when it comes to love. I love how the love-at-first-sight has not been shown limited to light feelings but he even goes to the length of even feeling her presence, and trusting akshara over anything and everything although his eyes are seeing a totally different pictures. honestly warms my heart <3333

When I understood it the whole concept of it, I appreciated them. But love at first comes with progression. Like they 'love' but to be 'in love' it takes efforts, misunderstandings, fights, understanding after that, trust, communication (which they seriously lack) and great amount of efforts but writer's sab paani mein daal rhe hai.

Abhimanyu Birla is a character whom I am going to stan. Not only because it's HC playing it but that character have more layers. We have seen Akshara pain, sympathised with her too but I don't know what it is in him, that makes him different.
