There are so many differences between the two already. Negative characters are different, Kavya hasn't sold house, anu doesn't like Anuj because of some terminal illness, Devika nahi hai, kaka, Kinjal or nandini are not negative, Vanraj hasn't asked anu to come back to him, the opposite has happened.
