Finally watched the epi today and was happy to see AKT looking hot and fiery as the jilted loverboy. Baaki story etc.. is all shot to pieces and cannot expect any logic.
I did like how Imlie almost faltered, stumbled and was caught by ASR..but then the expression changed when she realized it was him.
The girl by saying sorry to herself for all that she endured, has reached the end of her patience, unable to see or hear Adi's cry or plea for help. She did make his darkest fear come true, ie she left him and walked away, leaving him empty, hollow and in darkness.
When I see AKT now, I see a man who is stumbling around in the dark, trying to find the light or a door to get out and unable to find one. He keeps going in circles now, hurting not only himself but everyone else around him with his words and actions, that are impulsive, angry.
Now coming to ASR unable to find what he is upto.. he is a man looking to profit, make money, avenge his bil's death.. he is now seeing Imlie's pain and rejection, admiring her for standing up despite all that she has been through. What role he is going to play remains to be seen, will he be an avenger or mentor or both ?
We have seen Adi's breakdown in the now phamous ambulance scene but have we ever seen Imlie share that level of pain with her BBSB, who has witnessed her pain and tears? She has always held back some of herself from Adi. It was never 100% I felt. I do get where she is coming from as she has been betrayed by the ones who ought to have supported her when she needed them the most like Dev, NN, APU, BK, the college princi, etc...
Some of you may or may not agree.
Apu now seems to be taking her role as Imlie's amma seriously and swearing on her son that she is ghar ki beti, who will be talked about etc.. was well done. As for Adi, there is still that hope that she will return and set things right, like a little boy looking for his lost puppy.
I am just enjoying gash and ST ka scenes.. ST is just looking weary and tired.. has aged as she has been only crying and giving heavy duty scenes. Gash with his unshaven look is eye candy and his lean mean look is HOT.
Agree that it is Aadat and will watch.. as for the analysis, parallels.. lost the patience to list them out now.

Nim I liked what u said about ambulance adi and how u don’t feel imlie has shared the level of pain with bs. Imlie has always felt the immense pain but she has always fought to try to not show it. Only one man has seen her insecurity and that is adI but the rest of the times she keeps it hidden like when he has NDe etc . But that her character flaw. It’s not that she doesn’t trust adi cos he is the only she trust apart from her dada… but the girl has learnt to internalise her pain . But she has broken down ans that was during the whole assault kand as well as the divorce signing .our of everyone only adI could fully register her pain and she his. Did that make any sense ?
