I have seen that whole clip where umar said all that stuff. He said to teja that he will fight with her, he will have difference of opinion but He will be his priority.

Umar apni baat py khada hai. Je fought with her, he has difference of opinion. Still he never back stab her, he always stood by her in every task so It means she is his priority. Usney yeh nhi bola tha ky teja you would be my first priority. He said you will be my priority. So teja is his priority not first second maybe third or fourth. So He was not wrong.
