In the name of her love for Abhimanyu she is manipulating him (literally lying to him) to push him into Aarohi's hands. Irrespective of Abhimanyu choosing Aarohi or not, Akshu can chose to be silent but definitely shouldn't boost Aarohi's lies. She is doing a huge disservice to the two people she claims to love the most.

This is the point she is clearly doing it without knowing it's consequences. She can advice her sister to impress him if she wants him but she is supporting her in her lies that's wrong.
