UmRan as they have fun too while PraNish are always serious no matter what.

UmRan for they are not only abt game all the time, share their lives with each other, their struggles and make each other smile. They even know each others family members like KK know Aliza n all n Umar know his family which makes it so much more true.

PraNish. They have a level of genuine and honesty in their friendship.

They discuss basics and are shoulder for each other. Umar and Karan are always seen planning and plotting. Did you not see how quickly they threw Tejasvi under the bud. How ruthlessly they ganged up on her - Umar was pressuring her and KK immediately emptied her bag. If they can throw Teja who stood for them then imagine what happens when they have to fight against each other. They have not even an iota of genuineness.
PraNish on the other hand have been bashed left right and center while they hardly take unnecessary stand for each other. Only occasionally which is still far less then how these trip jump on others even if their friend has been on the wrong side.
