Anuj Anupama are surrounded by gang of goons .Anuj tries his best to shield Anupama. He is ready to give up his all possessions but pleads them not to touch Anupama . He also surprises Anupama when he begs the goons to return his favourite magnet . Anupama recollects she had lost her magnet in college and it belonged to Bhavesh . Anupama now realises why they were so important to Anuj, it was because they were hers . She then recollects how Anuj confesses his love for her after coming face to face with his death.
.Fight ensues between Goons and Anuj . Anuj hands them all his possessions ….goons escape after giving fatal blow to Anuj . Anupama screams . Anupama is distraught discovering Anuj had fainted after head injury. She drags him back into his car . She drives to the nearest hospital and get him into emergency treatment . Anuj is managed by team of doctor n nurses . Anupama is shaken . She wonders whom to contact or inform. She in her shaken state can manage to dial only Vanraj’s number from the hospital emergency line . Anupama realises how much Anuj loved her , she recollects how he fought for her , how he was trying to shield her . Anupama prays to the Kanha ji for Anuj’s well being . Docs inform Anuj was critical , he could slip into coma . Anupama is shocked .

She stutters and hesitates as she weeps and informs Vanraj that Anuj was critically injured and they were at city hospital . Vanraj realises Anupama’s voice was that of panic and he assures her n rushes to her side for support , he tries to comfort her .
Anupama then shares how she did not know Anuj loved her for past 26 years , his life was full of her but she realised that only now , how could Anuj not change for over 26 years .
Doc have to perform surgery on Anuj and ask Anuj Anupma to sign the consent documents .
