I totally agree .. they should have just copied KD .. blindly .. without applying buddhi .. KD had a narrative purpose .., , flow .. nothing came suddenly

Kumu- anindo , koli - dioto then madhuparna shramanjit all gave valuable advises to Rono- emon how to handle relationships..

Even the fate of sabu aunty was very very important to emon ..

the side characters are unfortunately given a very superficial job in ghum . They have glorified pakhi .. at the cost of others .only Devyani , Kaku has been enhanced .

Very true … it seems to me .. none of the dialog writers in ghum understand Bengali .. they copy scenes but don’t get the essence of KD .. Leena G should sue them .. I am yet to see how will virat make out with Sai .. and will the effect will still be same .. Emon moved backwards to go back to Rono .. because she had good memories of Rono caring for her, loving her as a husband..Virat Sai doing it only once to impregnate her .. will make it even more dicey n complicated
