There won't be any love story as it focusses only on professional and personal (in other aspects) of the 6 primary characters. The only love angle is in the Flashback of Deepika and Vikrant.

That was Flashback which happened 10 years back. She took divorce from Vikrant and left. Now probably both of them meet each other after 10 years... Don't know if Deepika go back to Vikrant or not... But Vikrant would be a changed person probably with progressive thoughts

According to few spoilers and from IVs, they're separated before marriage.

He is the ML and it's just that he won't have any love relationship with Deepika.

No no most probably they didn't married.....

The segment of dr vikrant(rohit purohit) part said they both had their roka but bcs he wanted her to do her MD in pathology so she can manage family while she wanted to become a surgeon... this she broke it afterwards ... They didn't get married
