It was a crisis, a different kind where had to protect her and she had to support him as she knew he did nothing wrong. They were running away, ofcourse they had to hold hands. They have to save themselves. I will not consider it intimate at all but will say they were concerned.

You bet I am salty about it too. I blame the writers for butchering his character for those 40 episodes and they are sly trying to resurrect him and bringing back to old Shiva we all fell in love with. I am going to forget those episodes as a nightmare and I don’t revisit those episodes anymore.
