Zu ji , my bro joined as intern in a top company and even got permanent. So It's possible and by this even we get more pay while joining itself ! 😊

Here is different , Intern will go thru 6 months of training then back to Uni. After finishing their study, they can apply for the job with same company ,if the management’s happy with their previous performance, they will hire them .

Imlie is not doing a professional course.😆 to get placement. That too comes in last year. So they can work and study

Imlie is a 1st year sociology student🤣 who havent wrote exam yet.😆

Even probation period is 6 months 😆

In my knowledge in college doing internship is an assignment.

And Imlie get promotion after 2 articles wow.

Oh good !👍🏼 Even here companies follow the same but if candidate shows very good performance then they immediately hire ! But this happens for only very few candidates 😊

I Know that u are gussa bcz ur favorite Adi got demoted but believe me snow it has nothing to do with Imlie today. She has done her job and Adi didn't do assigned work . What ur boss will do if u are not working on assigned project and ur assistant completing it? I think u know professional ethics 😊 The same happened here.

In any company if any candidate is assigned some project /work , the candidate could put forward his objection /concern wrt. to doing it and management will have all the rights to remove such person from organization or evoke him/her from their current duties .

Edit : Here adi is that candidate who raised objection and Asr being boss has demoted him. Simple ! Today Makers showed some logic in this scene 😊

No I am very happy with that scene. It has been GMs week . And last 20 minute is shear woow. From Adi watching Imlie with pride taking the interview. Then taking all the venom she spewed today and then Aryan ripping his pride. Then AdiLie convo. And giving divorce paper And last precap.👏.He was fab in those scenes.

I agree to all , but it's not venom , she said truth which Adi is running from !
