I totally agree...

We live in a patriarchal society, where woman are mostly not aware of what's wrong happening to them! They think that all the tortures and nuisance they go through is part of there life in name of "Grihni and Patni Dharam"..

Here the same happened with imlie also, initially she tried to walk with the flow and tried adjusting according to what the situation demanded..but now like you said, it's not just 1 questions that broke her completely..for any wife or infact any partner, the biggest support is his/her better half, who is suppose to stand by his/her side in any situation, but it's a two way thing...In this case imlie tried to make things better everytime..but it's Aditya who never believed her, he always believed malini over imlie...In my opinion if I have to work so hard, just to gain the trust of my partner, it's rather better to not have that partner..

Imlie accepted the baby bcoz she knows it's not the babies fault, obviously she didn't do all that with full heart, bcoz no one can do that right? How are we suppose to accept the baby of our respective husband's with another woman? But she still did it bcoz she knew that a father will always choose his baby 1st!

But now the situation in her life getting worst!

1. Aditya wants her back bcoz he does not want her to stay out of T-house or rather with ASR

2. Though malini is manipulating him against Arylie but doesn't he have a brain to think?

3. The whole matter is simply trust and ego! Sorry rightful ego..Imlie is 100% right here, why would she go to a man who just wants her back bcoz he loves her unconditionally and in return she can't even expect him to trust her!

4. This divorce is happening for good In my opinion, they need to stay apart so that Aditya realizes his blunders( mistake is a small word)

Tbh...if Aditya was a good ideal husband and a father he would have made imlie understand what's good for her future and let her fly freely and give a normal life to the baby, rather than creating unnecessary drama...Here I can understand why he doesn't want to leave malini but why to hold imlie as well? Let her live.

OK, I still haven't watched today's episode. Yesterday's was one I watched after a long time because a lot of people were raving about how well Gashmeer had acted, and since I like Gash a LOT, I guess I would say that he acted really well even if just came and stood like a statue and did nothing! With the disclaimer that I am extremely biased towards Adi (because Gashmeer)...

I don't even understand the plot trajectory anymore!! It seems like a messy mish-mash of random disjointed tracks and there are now too many people that not everyone has adequate things to do, and they are just forcing plot lines and story lines to try and keep everyone relevant, while simultaneously also trying to keep the main story some what relevant!

1. Imlie's independent journey:

She left the toxic Tripathi household. Asked Adi to STFU and get lost (deservedly so), and went off to realize her dreams. All good thus far. But then why would the makers take her from one man only for her to land in another man's control? "Hum khud kaafi kaahe naahi hai".... Imalia's powerful Pag Dandia dialog comes to mind now. Other interns in the office are not getting the CEO's favors. Tons of other girls in Imlie's hostel are living on their own, and are learning to independently navigate through life by themselves. Why does Imlie need this powerful man's assistance in doing so? Frankly, Imlie has a very good deal. A nice room to sleep in (she totally deserves one!!), a ride to office in her boss' luxury car everyday, and an aunty who packs her lunch for her everyday, and what's more, direct report of CEO, mentorship from CEO. Isme Imlie ki independent journey kahaan hai?

2. Aryan's revenge:

This is most confusing. Now if Aryan and Imlie are getting together, where does that leave Aditya? Will Imlie eventually join hands with Aryan to take revenge on Adi? Once she and Adi divorce, Adi and Imlie are 2 random people, so how does Imlie fit into the revenge narrative? How will they keep Aditya relevant in Imlie's life if Aryan and Imlie are going to be a thing once divorced? It will be like 2 different stories.... with Aryan romancing Imlie on one side, while taking revenge on Adi on the other hand. OTOH, if she is going to sabotage Aryan's revenge attempts on Adi, then would they really be together? Or are they planning something like she will remove all the revenge motive from Aryan with her love, and in the meantime, they will also work on a redemption track for Malini, while Adi and Malini will get back together again, because baccha, and Aryan and Imlie are together, and everyone lives happily ever after. (If this happens, I will seriously go and bang my head on a wall for ever having invested my time watching this show!!!!)

3. Malini Chaturvedi:

Yeh bandi pregnant hai ki nahin? Again, once their divorce is done, Malini has effectively achieved what she wanted, in getting Imlie completely out of Adi's life. Uske aage kya hi karna hai isko? How would it matter to her if Imlie went with Aryan or Arpita or some other random person?! Right now, her only role is playing these stupid tricks and manipulations on Adi, but once he divorces Imalia, then what else will she need to plot for? She will achieve her goal of keeping Adi for herself!!!

And then there's this new really pretty actress, apparently coming to give Imlie a makeover of some sort. I don't understand why Imlie needs a makeover. She is fine as she is. Why do the makers want to make it seem like she is somehow inadequate in the way she dresses or speaks currently, that she needs a makeover?!

Right now, it seems like this whole things is just stuck in a rut. Sabka motive/charcter samajh aa gaya....

- Aryan is thirsty for revenge

-Arpita and English mummy are bride-hunting

-Adi is an idiot

-Malini is a criminal, who may or may not be pregnant

-Imlie is progressing, missing Adi, not going back to Adi, may be falling in love with Aryan

I don’t see as Imlie is being butchered or Imlie is not the Imlie we knew from episode 1. Goofiness is her defense mechanism from the beginning. When she was staying at T house in the beginning, it was these goofiness that made her cope with the issues and bounce back. And experiences molds us and the changes in Imlie’s attitude right now is because of the experiences she had.

the change in attitude regarding Malini is because, when she let Malini stay at their house she thought that Adi and she were on the same page, and first time she thought their trust in each other was above everything else and second time she thought that now Adi saw the proof he will not be no longer blind to Malini’s plottings. But now, she knows that they are not on the same page and Adi’s trust in her comes with conditions and hence her demand that Malini be send home.

I feel Imlie accepted to stay at Aryan’s house because of two factors.

1. She had met his mother and sister and had hit it off with them immediately. He is not just a boss at office, she knew his family by the time he offered her a room for rent.

2. She had been homeless, he had saved her from assault and when she refused the offer at first, he actually offered her to keep her self respect and accept the stay by asking for rent.

And at present Adi’s warnings are not based on any solid fact. And Aryan is also not helping Imlie to use her against Adi as was his monologue based on his decision of bringing Imlie home.

And Imlie refusing Adi’s warning it is because she had reacted more on his taunts on “her friend” and she got this feeling that he is doubting her character. And not because she wants to hurt Adi.

It makes sense for Imlie to not seek help from T family because she had left that house and their immediate solution would be come back home and might forcefully take her home with emotional blackmailing. And let’s all accept that T family have never supported her opposite Malini, even today after all that happened they are still calling Malini, “beta”.

wanted to mention this yesterday but forgot… Adi was so heartbroken and shattered hearing Imlie saying she was a naukrani at T house. Where was this despair and anger when AC used to come to his house after all the JM expose and still used to call his wife a “naukrani”?

Regarding Imlie’s contribution to the whole mess by forcing Adi to hide their marriage from all. Imlie did ask for her right on his wedding day and he had taunted her and accused her. Then she had sacrificed her marriage for Aparna. By the time Adi had realized his love and accepted their marriage, their truth would have hurt the whole family and Malini, and her fears were proved right when their marriage was revealed to all. So, Imlie didn’t add to the mess, she just delayed it.

Aparna’s question regarding Adi introducing Imlie as a naukrani after bringing her home was not about the family accepting Imlie as his wife that time, I feel what she meant by that is if he had told the truth then the bigamy wouldn’t have happened and his life wouldn’t be a mess now.

in my understanding, the whole mess can be sorted by only two people, Malini or Adi.

Malini accept that Adi and Imlie are the true husband and wife and what she thought was grand love was just friendship and move out, which will never happen.

Or Adi realize that Malini has been plotting and causing all the problems and keep her at a distance and be just co-parents and no longer gehri dosts.

He needs to realize that he can no longer keep Imlie and Malini at his house. Can he guarantee that when Malini’s mood strikes, that she wouldn’t rape him again? Or her mother give him drugs and dresses up her daughter as Imlie and send to his room to celebrate honeymoon again?

--> Again my question since JM morning. Adi is saying focus on me. He said that before JM then how JM happened. How can you say same thing after JM. What you should be saying is if you don't trust Malini, trust me. I will not allow anything like that happen again and this is my plan to avoid this. Simple "trust me" doesn't work after JM.

For calling Imlie characterless , for going out from the house . For heaven sake , how long can a young lady of 19 can tolerate, and suffered all this when the husband trust his friend rather than his wife . On Pranav case , he said he trust on Imlie but when come to his wife ……….

Bartameez spoilt brat is Malini , for going after a married man and destroying his life by using friendship . Chi chi digusting woman.

Let them get the divorce. Imlie can move forward without this toxic relationship. It’s not necessary, a woman need a man to move forward and be successful.
