I think Akshara will give her statement and testify. She is an honest person and she will abide by it.

I have a feeling when she is questioned in the court why was she in Abh's room in the first place or questioned about her relationship. She may confess when reminded she is under the oath and should answer honestly.

Ofcourse Birla's and Goenka's will be present in the court

And I want this Ruby to vanish asap! It's too soon, what were the makers thinking? They could have brought her for comical relief but not this.

Whatever track ahead will make Abhi come to understand the reason behind her no. I don't think marriage will happen any time soon and even if it does, Yrkkh will show the leads happily marrying imo.

LOL because ruby will say she did not see akshu there so akshu is lying, and akshu will say she was hiding in his cabin. Given how regressive itv tends to be it's not too hard to believe people will think wrong knowing that before ruby even entered the room akshu was already in the cabin with abhimanyu and hiding when ruby was there, so people can easily make up assumptions that akshu-abhimanyu were doing something not so sanskaari (lol) and then akshu hid to not get caught.

And these goenka's will ruin it even if birlas bring rishta for akshu 🤢 It's mainly arohi and the geonka men (yeah kairav and vansh included) who are being the biggest obstacles for akshu-abhimanyu rishta because goenka men are too hung up on trying to blame abhimanyu rather than consider the obvious fact that arohi herself assumed abhi liked her and assumed he brought proposal for her and that dadi herself stopped abhimanyu before he could make it clear who he brought rishta for.
