I know he won't...but he should thodasa, not for speaking horrible things to Akshu, but for barging in, especially in your senior Dr's cabin when it's your first day and shouting like that. Even Akshu was asking her to stay silent and not to create any tamasha. He should warn her to keep personal and professional life separate.

The only thing he can possibly do is tell her not to barge into his cabin without work, and not get any of their personal stuff at the hospital. Aarohi is also smart... She will try to get close to Abhi by discussing work and patients, calling him at odd hours etc.

The only solace of this entire abhimanyu ke room is drama was abhi's voice modulation while talking to both the sisters. He's indifferent to arohi so still talks to her in high tone 👏 whereas he's hurt and angry with aksara's denial, but still kept his voice low as if he was pleading to know the reason behind her help.poor chap... still hopeful, still madly in love😔
