If they hadn't planned for Aryan to not be a lead, they wouldn't have given him so much screen and not made him clearly black. I think Gash will go and there will be someone replacing him and they will clearly not be the main lead, and the story will move on focusing on Aryan and Imlie.

I don't think they really care at this point. We all *think* that TRP will fall with GM quitting. But will that really be the case? I think Gash understood his scope in the show is not unlimited anymore and probably has other things come his way, from all the popularity he has gained from this serial and is deciding to move on. (Really hoping that is the case. The Marathi industry makes some really good movies and would love to watch him in some of them!!)

I think this is also a way to reduce Malini's screen space, because how long will they keep showing her working up these cheap tricks and more and becoming more and more vicious without exposing her? That is what will reduce TRP. So they are making that kind of a secondary plot, and focusing on Aryan and Imlie. And as long as they keep giving these close physical encounters, focusing on the Aryan and Imlie's eyelock and hand grabbing and Aryan teaching Imlie to be better and all that, audience will lap it up, as we have been in t he twitter space.
