BB15 Contestants Review after watching this season finally

Hi. I have watched most of bigg boss seasons so far. Last year couldn't watch it. This year started watching very recently. Still I am at least 20 episodes behind.

So after binge watching the season here are my views about the contestants this year. It's going to be a huge post. I just want to share my views. Sorry if it's boring.

Vidhi - Sweet girl. Not made for this game.

Donal - Needed more time to settle in. Way too much self conscious. Liked her first but later she became chaye kam pani

Akasa - Not much to say about her. Found her boring. She used to do tasks but didn't have a clear vision.

Ishaan - Confused character. Needs more education. Immature but not a bad person. He had good potential to play the game but he ruined it by his own hands. Not going to judge his love for Miesha but as a viewer it was cringe and nothing new. People whoever said how can someone fall in love so fast I don't agree with this. But the problem in Ishaan and Miesha's relationship was the chemistry. Their relationship was way too typical and we have seen it 1000 times in bb.

Miesha - I don't know how many people noticed it, but Miesha whenever spoke she spoke correct points. From a game pov she actually had a great potential. Unfortunately bb wasn't biased towards her and she is not someone very famous so she had to go. Other than this her bond with Ishaan and all the other things that she did and speak was again kind of naive.

Neha - sometimes annoying sometimes ok. Not fond of her. She seems to have intense mood swings. From a gaming pov Neha is someone who can make people think wow she may do good blah blah but in reality it's all hype and she isn't that good of a player. I am yet to catch up on her episodes on bb15. And I haven't seen ott neither am I interested.

Afsana - Bol bacchan. Right now the episode I finished is when BB evicted her. It's again one of the most unfair pile of crap bb pulled. Shamita was saying if she talks anymore crass about me bla bla and then bb really evicted afsana. From a game pov she was actually adding spice. She deserved to stay.

Simba - observer. Boring. Sometimes his light shines during tasks. He is pretty young actually. After 10 years he may fit bb agenda. Par iske alawa i also feel sleepy just thinking about him!

Jay - Liked him prior bb. He is not a bad person. But his game in bb is weak. He is not cunning. But has a rigid personality. Irl it's difficult to deal with a person like him. He is stubborn at the same time not exactly very intelligent. He also said a few times that he may last till finale. Also he does have sati savitri vibe. Like ghar walo ke liye bolunga. Mai kisi ke paise nahi kat sakta bla bla. Or when afsana took the knife how he reacted. Basically he tries to give different shades to different incidents and then makes a stand. Not necessarily all the time it's needed. He clearly does that to have footage and appear. But it just makes his personality appear distasteful. All in all jay's fun personality is so so good to watch and extremely entertaining. Wish he maintained that.

Umar - he is love. Asim was my favorite in bb13. Umar is definitely not like Asim but he just proved how well brought up both brothers are. Umar is the reason why this season still some tasks get interesting. Bb creatives left no stone unturned to make this season's tasks a snoozefest. But umar makes them so spark. Also as a person he stands by his team. Idk if people compare umar with asim but it shouldn't be done because both are pretty different as players. Umar is also kind, it's visible on his personality. I like that about him. Wish he was on other seasons with better players. One of the deserving winners this year.

Rajeev - Eccentric. He is pampered irl. He also pampers people he likes. His game is weak. When he is having fun etc the things he says are funny. Overall mood maker. But talks way too much behind the back. When he entered his friends also said jayada gossip mat kario but well. I don't dislike him or like him. He adds an interesting flavor in the game that's true.

Prateek - crass, rude, mannerless, arrogant asf, tantrum kid of this season. Every season there is a contestant like Prateek. Nothing new. From gaming pov he is definitely adding spice in bigg boss by creating issue out of everything. This year most of the contestants are image conscious and mild personalities which is why to create fuss Prateek is doing it alone in bb 😂

I don't like him at all. He has clear superiority complex and his game is actually extremely weak. Let me tell you why.

He thinks this is an individual game and so he just creates issues and tries to do things selfishly. While bb is completely opposite unless you have a huge fan following. Nishant tries to bond with everyone and in return Nishant has won several tasks, got saved, became vip etc. But Prateek is mostly on the losing side. And expects nishant to save his ass. So that's where the flaw in his game plan.

He tried to copy Gautam Gulati hard in the initial days. Then also tried to behave like prince and other bb season candids. Overall he is top 6 material but not winner material.

Nishant - Another superiority complexed dude. He is definitely clever in comparison to contestants this year. But his way of demeaning other people is so irritating. He does entertain when he isn't discussing game. But bb shows his idiotic game plans more than his fun side. And he has a tendency to show himself as worthy in front of others which Vishal also tries to do but when nishant does it none questions. His bias towards Prateek is annoying as hell but also at the same time funny idk why. 😂 Its just me may be

Shamita - Cold, has a heart size of a pea, extremely fake, cunning and arrogant. She is clever and gamewise playing her games. Her sophistication and etc gets on my nerve. She is 40+ so obviously mature and it shows. But there is a constant projection from her 'i come from a high status, yall are nothing in front of me'

She is playing a calculative game and of course is extremely favored. Like she behaved so hyper in front of salman and he says nothing. Even she threatens bb. Her glutton free food, her bhai, her besties, her fiance basically just to make her journey easy bb15 creatives did everything they could.

And yet she is one of the boring and unattractive celebrity. Her personality is nothing interesting as well. I find her and Karan's gaming strategy pretty similar just the people KK chose are a bit more trustworthy and KK changes his plans accordingly unlike shamita.

Bb will push this woman to top 3 for sure but she doesn't deserve it at all. Also this is her 3rd time in bigg boss. She doesn't add anything to make the game interesting rather it's like bb is trying hard to show she is a classy talented lady who is here to prove about her failing career blah blah. Well it didn't work!

Also she is not showing her real personality. She gets camera conscious. She has immense control over how to portray what and she is doing that. Also noticed how at certain situations she subtly tries to put people down. Like saying so aap man rahe ho apse sanchalan mein galti huwi- whereas the topic is something else. All being said she is actually reliable, trustworthy and protective of her gang(maybe that affects her game but well)

Karan Kundra - Hmm. Welp! I never liked him off screen. Having said that one of the reasons i started watching bb15 is kk. Cause he is the name I recognized among all these people. From his shows to love school to ladies vs gentleman kk has changed a lot, matured a lot. He has this snobbish side but in bb15 he appears calm and sabse banake chalta hain. I used to see his fans say he is down to earth well didn't believe it cause it's coming from a biased side who could potentially be his pr. But in this show i did find him down to earth to some extent. Karan is definitely not a bad person. He just has a image of bad boy, hottie blah blah. From game pov his game is one of the strongest and he is playing the game really well. Just because he is not screaming, destroying bb property or meddling into others mudda doesn't mean he isn't playing. He is playing in shadow and has managed to win tasks. This is what bb game is. Either win yourself or play the game and make others work for you. 2nd option is difficult and kk did that. Just remove kundra from bb15. This show has nothing at all. And this is coming from a neutral pov who isn't fond of kk at all. He deserves to win hands down. His mind games are strong too.

Coming to his bond with Tejasswi. If you had seen him with his exes he is absolutely different with Teja. Since I have binge watched the show so i remember vividly how their bond formed. Other girls were here as well but KK did appear to like Teja from the beginning and things happened in a natural pace. Due to cameras he may have sugarcoated his personality a bit and tried to show this love angle to gain further hold on the game apart from his mind games etc. But there is a genuine likeness for Teja. It may last or not but both are so good looking that they automatically compliment each other when they come onscreen. Plus romance wise what is seen from Tejran is subtle so it appears even sweeter to shippers. Almost like watching an intense love story but with real people. Even the way tejran bonded it has better plot than some daily soap 😂

Bad boy finally finds a bubbly girl and settles down. Lmao.

Anusha during an interview said that karan has split personality, like when she first met him on a tour he appeared such a gentleman etc but later she saw how he is. Now what he is doing with Teja only he knows. But this is not just for the show this is what I felt. Because kk is also image conscious just for bb he won't have fling and specially not with someone like Teja who is pretty guarded.

Teja - Entertaining, bubbly. I find her down to earth & sweet. I didn't have any prior idea about her real personality. But she is loud and i know people like her. They may get misunderstood a lot. There are few things I noticed, she is a giver. She does a lot of work. Hardworking. Invests in tasks as well. Game wise i feel she doesn't show her cards well but in the meanwhile when she formed alliances with people you wouldn't even notice it. It's hard to convince her when she is wrong but majority of the time the stands that she took was for appropriate reasons. Her stint with shamita however was weak. The day shamita was bossing around and saying you did this and mujhe accha nahi laga, teja first denied and then said ok what if I did so what! This was the spirit she should have maintained. She is chulbuli and salman treated her ridiculously a couple of times without reason but welp thats nothing new coming from sk.

Teja complained that karan ka jo kat te hain karan unhi ko jake sorry bolta hain but teja khud bhi similar chiz karti hain. Like even after so much tiff with shamita teja still talked with shamita. Except sorry wala part she isn't like tere se aab bat hi nahin karna. Which is actually a great quality to have. She always talks nicely even when people are extremely ungrateful and rude with her. Overall I found her entertaining and positive. Definitely winning material.

Vishal - Pakau, crass, narcissistic, manipulative, irritating as hell. But one of the finest players of bb15. He is absolutely bigg boss material. From day 1 I disliked Vishal. The reason was his over chipkugiri with girls. I don't want to sound weird, not calling him tharki but when I started watching the show he had immense amount of screentime and i noticed him touching people unnecessarily! I mean that's just me 🤷

And it has nothing to do with his tapori language. It's just some subtle things I noticed and didn't like. Later Teja said something similar that he has a distasteful humor and kud kud ke gale padhta hain. So my doubt was pretty much confirmed. I am sure Teja or other girls couldn't exactly say no when vishal is being over friendly but later they did maintain distance with him.

Overall he bored the hell out of me when he is doing self praise. Bohot pakata hain ye 🙏

Camera ke samne jo show and his unwanted quotes gosh annoying. As a player he is good. He managed to win tasks always. He has good convincing power. All in all he had a good game plan. Later he became a scapegoat. Bb always does this but they didn't do it with nishant who also talks behind back and makes strategy. Sara bill vishal pe phat gaya.

Bb always needs someone who audience can hate Vishal and afsana were this year's choice from bb cause audience seem to dislike shamita automatically 🤡

Prateek and Nishant from a game pov did play well.

I would have preferred shamita had she not gotten so much internal assistance. She is pretty clever and capable on her own at least in mind games. BB didn't need to bring her whole khandan in the show. But they did so many scripts to fit her not being able to do physical tasks.

The major reason why bb15 may appear thanda is because this year the mind games are played a lot, discussed a lot but projected way less. Rest of the season there are a blend of aggression and mind games. This year jayada decent contestants agaye hain. Also bb doesn't show but this year's contestants seem to go along well and has fun together which is absolutely against bb format. That and bb stupid creative team is why they couldn't utilize the potential this year. They didn't expect this lmfao. 😂

Also about Tejran - the hate is unnecessary. When I didn't even started seeing bb15 I saw people trolling them and I had started with a negative mindset as well. But the way their progression was it did seem organic. There have been a lot of relationships in bb. And a lot broke up but some even got married.

Whenever some relationship forms there is a part of audience who would always call it fake and another part would ship the hell out of it 😂

Bb cashes exactly on this conflict. Some bigg boss viewers might not like it because there is a part of bigg boss viewers who wants to see the game, task etc and not some couple. I also skip.

See the history of couples in bb there will always be two sides. When Gauhar Kushal happened it was a rage 😂

And then recent years sidnaaz. Tejran on this feels different than most of other ships in bb history. Tbh 🤷

There is definitely some intense chemistry between Karan and Teja. As I said both are extremely good looking. When they cast someone for daily soap there is look test and mock shoots where producer and casting directors, decide who looks good with each other. Like with a face shaped like karan, a round pretty doll face like Teja will look extremely good. Similarly when this is happening in bigg boss. Karan and Teju naturally look good onscreen together. And then our experienced player Kundra ji and his full on patao dialogues just makes it even better. Kundra should start writing 😆 shippers will of course get crazy and since it's real life so that makes it even more enticing.

Leaving apart bigg boss and game angle tejran chemistry is fun to watch. Only thing is that Kundri hurt na kar de Teja ko. Because relationships are so vulnerable these days. Rest are they fake or real kisko shadi karna hain unse? Show dekho aur time pass karlo 😂

IMO the biggest hindrance to Tejran is that it's happening so soon after Sidnaaz and especially after the tragic passing away of Sid.

So there was a lot of judgement and preconceived prejudice against tejran the moment they started getting popular, which was in the 2nd week itself. Initially the shippers were limited and I would see on SM how Tejran was constantly ridiculed as many were not ready to accept some other ship gaining popularity.

Another reason was that Tejran developed so organically and such a subtle manner, that when it became full fledged, people weren't even aware n hence termed it fake.

I think these two shouldn't be compared at all. Sidnaz wasn't the first couple of bigg boss neither are they any holy standard of how a couple should be. And lots of people called sidnaz fake as well. And now sidnaz fans doing same for tejran. If sidnaz was so real then why Tejran be fake?

Since I watched the season at a stretch and not episode per day so the gradual bond which happened was much noticable to me. I agree with your point why people might think it's fake because they suddenly noticed it. But it was there always from very beginning actually. At least from KK's side.

I find them visually beautiful together. Not everything has to be lust or screaming, fighting. Having said that they both are extremely strong as contestants and should also play game as equally.
