Simple drunk and drive. Or akshu hit by truck while on call.

Ran to save a kid and got hit by train 🚂🚂🚂🚂🚂

Abhi faints of overwork. Neil calls akshu, sneaks her into hospital to meet abhi. She stays with him whole night. Abhi Feels her but can't open his eyes. When he opens she is not their.

Akshu gets struck in a elevator or room and has panic attack and faints.

Why not? Birla hospital is shaking... And they have to rescue all the patients.... Abhi takes it on his shoulder to rescue all.... And gets stuck inside.... And Akshu comes to know about this and goes zoom and searches for abhi.... She sees him trying to push things off but faints .... Then akshu tries to wake him and gets panic attack.... And unable to breath and abhi senses this....wakes up and tells... Come on am ok now... U can do it... Come on sing... Nehi tho hum karo.... And Abhi initiates humming and a block falls on Akshus leg and starts bleeding ... He lifts her... And pain mein bhi eye lock and romance.... And Abhi says... Why did u come here? She did not know what to say....so says to get treated for my panic attack... Abhi is like ... U came to get treated for that panic attack u got after seeing me in this condition right? She does not know what to say... He just winks at her and takes her to get the wound dressing....

How about akshu falls in a pool and does not know swimming
