My main problem with UD is now they are doing whitewash of Fateh blaming everything on jasmin. If he had spine then he shouldn't have indulged in EMA. Cheating is a choice which Fateh was surely was not forced into. So it's hard to digest.

Jasmin was selfish from the start but to make Fateh look bechara and misunderstood they have turned Jasmin unnessary evil with poisoning KSV and getting Jass back.

So as usual ITV will whitewash the ML, make the other woman the 'only' guilty party and expect FL to forgiven him and give him a chance down the line if not now

I can't stand Jasfa at all. I am priyankit fan and I don't want to watch Fatejo together. If they get Fateh's humshakal down the road when KVG leaves then yesss I am all for it

This is it exactly! I hate the dialogue that the woman who participates in an EMA is the sole responsible party, she’s called any number of names and made the villain - but what about the man?! He’s the one that’s made the commitments to someone else, I don’t care what she did, she couldn’t have an affair if he wasn’t willing to partake as well, in my opinion he’s more at fault here (although not excusing Jasmin’s role here, she shares some of the blame). It’s just good old misogyny at play which is rampant in ITV. This is kind of why Angad is intriguing as a character.

I honestly don’t know if he loves Tejo yet, I think there’s definitely something, including admiration and respect, but the way he questions her and reminds her that she needs to think about herself that’s interesting. It can’t always be about what others want, women don’t have to continuously have to put themselves last for the sake of their family.

Currently, Fateh is literally just your typical ML, although I can’t remember the last time I disliked a character, even on ITV, this much.

The last few episodes I’ve been so confused by his character. Like, all of a sudden you suddenly see and care about Tejo. You were literally parading her sister around as your wife and going home acting like everything was fine, where was this care then?!

EPISODE UPDATE

So the episode is pretty good.

Jasmine confront tejo about fake engagement

tejo gets sappy and has a sister moment

tejo said yes I love him but he hurt me and I will never take him back, even if it was another girl and not jas

then Fateh see tejo crying with sati and jas takes him away in anger

next day.
Tejo mahi and Simran come from parlour. Meanwhile fateh had invited jas’s friends

he sees tejo enter and she walks by but her Chooni gets stuck in his watch. And the decorator coughed (his signal for entry) the other guy releases flowers from top and side fireworks go off (the whole entry got used on fatejo). Jasmean come in and and yell Fateh and she basically lost her shit

a must see scene. She’s starts slapping the decorator and everyone sees her acting like a mad women and Fateh controlling and holding her back


Eventually tejo tells her to calm down they will fix things and to be happy on her day and jas tells tejo off for ruining her life and always interfering and leaving virk house and getting out of their life. A must see scene. Eventually she goes and grabs a decorative dish with water and was about to throw it on tejo and Angad walks in holds her hand and throws it Jas instead. Jas yelled let us get married basically in an outburst to Tejo.

He makes tejo smile, everyone sees this and are happy

I loved the second half of the episode. Again a must see for jas going nuts

Hi all, new here!

I’ve been browsing through the discussion thread the past week or so, thought I’d finally chime in.

My parents have been watching the show since it started I think, I only used to catch it here and there if I was around when it was coming on but actually started watching when KVG joined as Angad. My mom would talk about how the show should bring in someone new for Tejo and we’d talk about how that wouldn’t happen but then they did and he was quite charming and now I’m hooked. I’m literally only watching to see where they go with TejAng.

I have to agree with everyone that talked about how today’s episode was uncomfortable to watch, the precap was worse. I haven’t really watched an ITV show properly in a long while, I’ve only ever watched a handful and each time I say I’m done haha

A few thoughts -

1. I hope when Tejo says she loves F she follows it up with how he has actually hurt her and how that doesn’t matter because she no longer wants it. I agree, it’s tough to get over your first love but it is possible.

2. Angad’s story. I’m not entirely convinced that that’s his biological kid, the kid calls him Poppins - which knowing his character could just be a fun play on Pop/Papa but I immediately thought of Mary Poppins.

3. There’s a great opportunity to do something a little different here, it’s too bad they’re not committing to it fully. Tejo and Angad are a much more compelling story than just having the FL go back to the original ML she was paired with originally. I think they’ve done a good job of setting Angad up as a character with layers, he isn’t just a flat character, so there’s tons of potential for story between these two.

Welcome to the forum of the crazy , sweet and polite ladies with few gents.

Tons of potential of story overall but writers' seemed to be having the writer's block. So that's why we rant here.
