My fav ITV show.... I have watched many tbh. But from the ones that I have watched... I would say SGP is my most fav. It had the right amount of drama as well as romance. One of the best supporting cast too.

Though the genre was not my cup of tea... I ended up watching and laughing at N3 too 😆 but from that show the character of Mahir.... I still remember him. Easily one of the best husbands or lovers from recent shows. He was a human and rest everyone ended up being some supernatural character yet his character stood tall amongst all. The makers had n number of opportunities to butcher his character...but Mahirji was never out of character. He only went off track post his memory loss track...even then he never crossed a line. It's just post memory loss he never came back to normalcy and then EK mata showed the stupid rebirth track.

Also loved Dehleez....

Can't remember other shows...which had drama.

I myself am too impatient with ITV shows (blame web shows for that lol).. esp with KRPKAB because then I was extremely mad at mamta for doing what she does best - ruined my then fave show jndsd 😆 So I didn't want to try out another Patnaik show but this was a pleasant surprise (let's keep S3 out of kuch rang lane lol).

I have many friends who love SGP too.. maybe I should give it a try someday... I just hope the story hasn't aged poorly because that's the case with most shows of 2010 wala phase...

Dahleez, oh that's among my faves too! Not a fan of swadarsh angle though cuz it was very rushed but the central track was brilliant.

My parents used to watch Kkusum & Kasamh Se etc. so that was legitimately my idea of ITV. Then started watching shows like Meri Aawaz Ko Mil Gaye Roshni, Mile Jab Hum Tum, Dill Mill Gaye etc. & loved it. Kuch Rang was something I watched on and off and I found it SO slow. But now I’ve completed it and I think this is the best show I’ve seen. I’m completely obsessed with it. And I don’t think I’ve ever “felt” what the characters were feeling (barring a few Pakistani shows that I also liked watching). The writers of S1 are masters indeed.

I was really irritated with Dev in these “getting Sonakshi to work for him” episodes. Sona’s “department of psychiatry is on the second floor” comment was hilarious 😂 What did Dev expect tbh 🙊 typical Dev with his 4 guna salary, trying to buy everyone. See that’s why I think Sona & Dev were made for each other in true sense. All his life, never did Dev hear that something couldn’t be bought and here is a docto telling him that if he makes an offer, there’s a possibility of it being rejected. NOBODY EVER TOLD HIM THIS BEFORE!

And this GKB bringing Ish junkfood 🥲🤷🏻‍♀️

I never watched the scene where Dev goes to dr. Sinha for Sona’s termination, because I was so pissed off at him 😂

I never really understood why GKB is so obsessed with Dev’s wedding. HAHA Neha is the best. “Bhagwan ne maa se darr kar bhai ko single piece hi neeche bhej diya 😂 Ghodi chadne ke liye maa ke godh se nikalna padta hai” “Maa ko bhai aur apne beech apne betiyon ko ni aane diya, to kisi aur ke beti ko kya aane denge” you know the best part is literally that Neha said all of this in front of Ishwari. You go girlllll!!

That ohooooo BGM is s1 equivalent to “mera pyaar ektarfa” I’m telling you 🥲🥲

Looook there she is again, our Sona cheating on her diet because of mr. Dixit 😂

Haaaye Dev in the kitchen is just too cute 😛 “Bhai ke haath se khichdi bhi halwa lag rahi hogi” HAHAHAHA

Honestly Sony shows, most of the ones I've watched don't kick off with the story too fast. Some template of the channel I suppose lol.

Yeah KRPKAB really knows how to make you feel emotions the right way. Personally, I love a lot of shows, but I know your feeling of having one OTP & never getting tired of it (for me it was Armaan-Riddhima lol, got over them long back..but devakshi are not worth getting over with😳)

I would suggest everyone to watch SGP. It has so many fun characters....the best part was that they weren't dependent on the leads. Just in the lockdown period I rewatched it till the Mumbai track. You will end up loving it.
