I agree with this so much! It gives really crappy vibes at times, the way Ishwari regards Dev. It's like she somehow thinks of him as her proxy husband! 🤢 I'm glad I'm not the only one who saw it! I thought I was imagining things too far.

It can also be seen in the future in the way the children are her grandkids and Dev's children. Sonakshi is almost never referenced as having any rights by Ishwari. It's like Sonakshis work is done once she has given them the kids.

Even when Ishwari talks to Sona about the kids it's how Sonkashi needs to behave to benefit the kids.

I can't even imagine how alone Neha must have felt being out of the loop with the intimacy that is Dev and Ishwari ka relationship

I don’t know why parents refrain from talking about certain topics related to their children in front of them. Neha is an adult and was about to get married to Sameer, then why can’t GKB talk to Ish in front of Neha. Anyway, good decision from Ish not to reconcile with Sameer & his fam. Although, I do believe that Ish should’ve asked what Neha wanted in this situation and what her point of view was. GKB & that saree scene 😂

Sona’s explanation of why she won’t give Ish supplements was hilarious. That duplicate SRK story cracked me up 🥲🥲 YAS SONA, “aapne thanks to kaha hi hoga na, aap itne badtameez ni lagte” Dev’s facial expressions literally were like “OH CRAP”

Post Ishwari fainting when she said “Jis maa ke paas tujh jaisa beta ho..” she also could’ve said “bachche” instead of just “beta”. Completely understand Neha’s irritation and frustration at this point. Haaye, Dev thought about Sona’s words when Ish said “Haldi wala doodh le aao”. Matlabbb… kuch to assar hua hai ladke ko 😉

NIKKI!!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️ “aate to aadha kilo hi the na, bhale pede ke size jo bhi ho” this girllll. Ish spoken like a true Delhite, asking whether the chart contains chhole bhature, legit question IMO.
I’m happy with the Dev-Neha scene. And I’m happier that Neha speaks her mind.

Dev finally got to know that Sonakshi is a nutritionist and not a psycho wife 😆 Hence begins her journey as Ishwari's nutritionist.

Many people think like that only...fitness trainers, dieticians or even therapists...they aren't given their due. Not given much respect. Especially bull headed people like Ishwari...very hard to convince them.

Who is that man? Someone from their past...she got scared in the first episode too.

Yeh baar baar faint hoti hai kya? Also it's feels so bad to hear your sibling being praised constantly in front when you don't even get a quarter of that appreciation. No parent does that actually...but Ishwari is a special case. Mein, mera beta aur uska success...happy family.

Yeh Dixits ko knock karne ki common sense nahi hai kya...aise hi kabhi kabhi bedroom mein ya office mein kaun ghusta hai?

Neha being asked to take care of someone again...from her perspective I can understand what she felt ..but Dev didn't mean it like that. They can all take care of Ishwari together. But he should've taken a day off to start implementing that diet chart...ek din toh manage ho hi sakta tha.

Personal nutritionist is still ok..but what is his definition of personal nutritionist. Let's see how Sonakshi reacts to this.

Episode starts with Devakshi doing what they do best: staring into each other's eyes and arguing.

It was so nice of GKB to try to mend the relationship between Neha and Sameer but Ishwari was right, no way can Neha be happy with them now. Glad Neha stood her ground regarding being excluded from a conversation about her own life.

Sona scolding Dev for acting like he knows better than her 😂😂 this is exactly what I loved about her. The way she never failed to put people in their place when they were rude to her.

Dev ka face when she says "itne badtameez toh nai lagte" and he STILL leaves without saying thanks 🤣

It's honestly weird the way random people sing Dev's praises? Like who does that?

And now they are slowly establishing Khatri ka plot. Though I do wonder if they had already planned it out or if they wanted to go a different route at this time.

Ishwari and her philosophical talks. Though looking at Nehas face I can understand her frustration. Having your sacrifices ignored and your brother being applauded for doing essentially the same as you just "out of the house" would be so irritating.

I guess Nikki and Riya never felt that way because for them Dev and Neha sent siblings to fight with but like parents who love them without any expectations. In a way Dev and Neha are much better parents than Ishwari.

Gotta hand it to Supriya ji she acts so well here showing the natkhat and spoiled nature of Ishwari. No doubt she has gone through a lot of hardships in her life, but they still manage to showcase the spoiled kid Ishu would have been as the "baby" of her family.

Ishwari saying " Tujhe pata h na mujhe sukde log nai pasand" Sona tumhara patta toh abhi se kat gaya 😭🤣

I LOVE the way Ishwari absolutely refuses to eat the healthy food. Her telling Kichu her food is more important than his job 👏👏🤣

Neha saying "mujhse nai hoga yaa toh ab office se chhuti lo ya kisi ko rakh lo jo ye sab karr sake" WE SHOULD ALL THANK NEHA!!

She is the reason we got our Devakshi! This was all her idea 👏👏😍😍

Dev constantly being put in his place by Sona is so awesome. The guy really needs it with how people are always singing his praises lmao

Sooo I skipped episode 6 except for Devakshi scene because I was too excited to watch Devakshi in episode 7. Please don't judge me 🙈😂

I doubt there's any other couple on ITV that can pull off romantic and comedy scenes equally well. Dev and his stalking. He didn't even bother being covert about it 😂😂

The beauty of season 1! Mamiji was never completely evil. Feels like she's the only one bothered about Neha's happiness. Dev wants Neha to be happy but as usual can't even stand up to Ishwari for Neha.

Yass Sona, show him! I think this was one of the first things that caught Dev's attention. He must be used to being treated with a degree of awe and reverence and also maybe surrounded by sycophants. But Sona clearly doesn't give two shits about his money/fame/good looks at this point.

And I so admire her for that. At this point, I have as much of a girl crush on Sona as I like Dev. She's just a bawse girl in every way. 🙌

No. A person with basic common sense will know this .. I mean even after 10 years... Ishwari still used to barge in without knocking. A 8/9 year old Soha had more tameez to knock before entering. Looks like Sonakshi taught her kids well lol
