I always felt that Shiva fell for Raavi too soon...in OG Kathirmullai love story was dealt perfectly... Their growth together from frenemies to hubby and wifey was soooo believable... And something i noticed in OG and all its remakes is...in OG kathir is portrayed as a common man...though everyone tells that he is someone with golden heart, Mullai herself finds everything abt him and falls in love with the real kathir..and also vice versa...but in the Malayalam remake and also in this one Shiva/Shivan is portrayed as a hero with tough exterior and soft heart..in Malayalam there are lots of dialogues glorifying Shivan🤢... Here Shiva is also considered a hero isiliye Raavi uske pyaar nehin samjha na woh ek sin bangaye..and the so called hero can do anything to make her realize her 'sin'...Kathir was sooo heart broken yet soo understanding in the MU track...they didnt even need a confession to realize each others' feelings...but yahan confession ke baad bhi Raavi wud be treated like dirt, iam sure of it..

Iam sooo sad how a very good show and an iconic couple is ruined with no way out😭...but mujhe KDice itna pasand hein ki Ab kya karu..feeling bad for KDice and even Kruthika maam and kinshuk😕

Agree!! The hindi version is totally butchering both kathir (shiva) and mullai (raavi) characters... and also in Tamil they never showed lakshmi (suman) as being so misogynistic and vile towards her bahus. The hindi remake has completely missed the essence of pandian stores, the only thing similar now is the 4 brothers and the swapped marriage concept.... The whole point of pandian stores revolved around dhanam (dhara), a sister in law raising and caring for her husbands brothers as her own children and since the MIL was paralyzed, she became the head of household. In hindi version, i dont see dhara's character acting in that way, suman still holds so much control over her family not dhara and that was the main point in pandian stores. This scenario is also something we dont see on TV.

I used to like Shiva but i hate this character now! This show has completely butchered the essence of Kathir, a simple warm hearted man who sacrificed his bright future when his family was in trouble and someone who respected mullai's boundaries / feelings even during the misunderstanding phases. he never talked badly about her or humiliated her infront of everyone. Hell he felt uncomfortable to come physically close to her or hold her (unlike Shiva who is aggressive with Raavi).

Now i really dont know how this show is gonna redeem the characters of shiva and raavi which have already gone so far down the hill.... its not even worth saving. I am so fed up now haiz.😊

This appears to me after today the story of an orphan girl craving love and affection and trying her level best to create a place for herself in her in laws and husbands heart.

Despite everything she doesn't want shiva or the pandyas to get insulted and humilated.she doesn't call the police Even after shiva challenged her to. she doesn't let her maasi create a scene.

She had hopes till the last moment that shiva won't go ahead with the engagement ( I admit I had too).

But then he did and that broke her patience.

How sad is her dream.how little she values herself.how less the pandyas have made her feel that she thinks even if she attempts to end her life it won't have an impact.

left at the altar, her character questioned, being taunted about her family and her inability to hold onto marriage, being demeaned that she will never be able to find a partner in her life.inspite of this all she stands there with hope, with positivity and with strength.

After being married with shiva she forgot her childhood love in a day,forget thinking about anyone else she never looked at Dev with any malice.always respected the boundaries of marriage And still it's her character that is being questioned. The irony!

She stands up in a jiffy when it comes to shiva or the pandya family against the people who raised her or anyone else for that matter but it's sad that noone comes forward when she has a stick up her neck.

What makes me sad is that maybe shiva would have moved on, gone ahead with the wedding if the divorce had happened.be it due to kasam or whatever else the reason is.but raavi can't. She can't imagine her life with anyone else, she is too attached to the family and shiva to let go.

Here is a girl who is probably one of the prettiest in the town.Her clg friends still have a crush on her and keep count of the number of days they haven't seen her. Cultured, well educated, innocent,pure hearted. any family would love to have her as their DIL. Any man would cherish her.

But here she is not budging and making efforts towards saving her marriage,saving her husband from committing a blunder. She values relationships, she values morals and she values family.

I don't know if I will continue watching the show or not but if I do it will be for this girl ❤️

Raavi as a character is very close to my heart. Hero kaun hai pata nahi but she is definitely the heroine ❣️
