I think ayega.the two events which have hurt raavi the most is that shiva character assassinated her and the kiss kaand.
She brings it up time and again.so it has not been brushed under the rug.these issues have to be addressed.
They were fighting in front of the counsellor and blaming each other but when raavi asked him why did he doubt her when he knows her from childhood? He didn't have any counter argument to that and that's when he said that you won and I lost.
As a character shiva is very problematic. His anger is his biggest weakpoint. He is exactly as he describes himself.ulti khopdi wala jiski Kabhi bhi sanak jaati hai.But I am interested in seeing him grow in love.he has a softer and protective version.if raavi is the one who is seeing him at his worst ,she will also be the one who will see him at his best.
I find no flaws in raavi's character as per now, maybe because I have always been biased towards her since the marriage track.i have a friend who is not active on social media, she watches the show on tv with her mother and she finds raavi's behaviour problematic.and she is not a KD fan or a Alice fan.so I can say her judgement is solely based on what she sees on TV.
The story is such that it will generate different opinions, very strong different opinions but overall they have to move forward and they have to address the issues they have brought up.
The question is when ? Hopefully soon.
@bold Pixie, I think a lot of people don't see the issues with Raavi's character, mostly because they're much more subtle issues, but not any less problematic.
Whereas Shiva's biggest issue is his anger, Raavi's problems are immaturity and obliviousness.
She's had a very sheltered life. I've watched the pre Gaura wedding fiasco scenes of Prafulla with Anita, and then when you compare it to scenes Prafulla had with Raavi, there's so much laad pyaar there. Very sheltered, fairly pampered, most reasonable wishes fulfilled. Her tantrums pre wedding to get the family to agree to her wedding with Dev are all signs of this.
And yes, although I admit that the onus of hiding the truth front her falls on the Pandyas, she did very easily write Dee's silence off as shyness, I don't want her to have doubted it, but a little confusion perhaps would've indicated a more thought out love...
These same traits have followed her through her wedding, she sometimes misses the most obvious clues. While for Shiva it's his insecurities and denial speaking, I think for Raavi it's all of this plus the fear of speaking her heart out again and being rejected.
She implied liking him and wanting to move on with him quite a few times both in private and in public. But that was the extent of her bravery. She refuses to think on her feelings because thinking means realising, and that means active wanting, which she shies away from.
While Shiva understands his feelings and has an issue with expression, Raavi more often than not has the opposite issue. She expresses but doesn't analyse.
