Hi everyone, I'm back with another fluffy OS. Hope you like it.

Raavi always considered herself to be like a heroine from a Bollywood romance. First, she had gotten into a marriage of convenience with her childhood enemy and then she had fallen in love with him. Just when things were getting better, hell broke loose. Raavi tried her best to fix things but Shiva wouldn’t even talk to her. The final blow for her was seeing Shiva with Disha. The man who did tandav every time he saw her treated Disha with such softness. He had never gotten mad at her for showing up at Pandya Nivas unannounced yet Raavi had been physically pushed out on more than once occasion.

Raavi did what any other heroine would do in such movies. She agreed to get married to whomever her masima suggested. Raavi had finished her housework early in the morning.

“Rishita, main jaa rahi hoon masima ke ghar. Shaam tak laut aungi.” Ravi informed her sister-in-law.

“Haan par ekdum se kya hua? Sab thik to hai na?”

“Actually woh ladke wale aa rahe hai.”

“Agar Anita ko dekhne aa rahe hai to tu kyun pura din…”

“Nahi,” Raavi interrupted, “woh log muje dekh na aa rahe hai.”

“Kya? Tu bhool gai kai ke teri shaadi already ho gai hai?” Rishita asked.

“Mera pati bhool gaya hai toh main yaad rakh ke kya karu.”

“Par tu Shiva se baat toh kar...”

Raavi held her hand up, indicating to Rishita to not bother. “Maine bohot koshish ki hai par woh ignore hi kiye jaa raha hai. Iss is behtar yahi hoga ki main aise ladke se baat karu jisko muj main interest ho.” Raavi stormed off.

Rishita ran off to inform Shiva. Maybe she could try to knock some sense into him. Though, Shiva was just as stubborn as his wife. Rishita crashed into Krish.

“Arre bhabi, konsi race lagi hui hai?” Krish asked.

“Kirsh, tu abhi mere saath chal.”

“Kya hua?”

“Raavi ko koi ladka dekne aane wala hai aaj. Hume Shiva ko samjana hoga.”

“Woh aasi nahi manega. Aap ko Keser wali baat ka balda lena hai?” Krish asked after a moment.

“Krish, tu yeh kya bol raha hai?” Rishita’s frustration was increasing.

“Kuch nahi, aap bas meri lead follow karo.” Krish led Rishita outside of Shiva’s room, where he was getting ready.

“Yeh Raavi bhi paagal ho gai hai.” Krish said, a bit too loudly to pass off as a normal conversation.

“Raavi Bhabhi bol, Krish.” Rishita spoke equally loudly.

“Kya faida bhabi, ab woh kisi aur ki bhabhi ho ne wali hai.” They heard a crash from Shiva’s room. The bhabhi-dewar pair smiled deviously, knowing they had Shiva’s attention.

“Haan. Sach baat hai. Raavi jis ladke se milne wali hai usshi se shaadi karegi divorse ke baad. Woh ab apni masi ki baat nahi taalegi.” Shiva marched out of the room.

“Ae bhabhi, kya bol rahi ho aap?”

“Kya bolu main Shiva? Raavi kab tak apni masi ki baat talegi. Woh bhi ek asie insann ke liye jo naa use dhang se baat karta hai naa use defend.” Rishita went into serious bhabhi mode while Krish took a step back, trying not to laugh.

“Waise Shiva, tujme main aur uss ladke main ek bada farak hai jo uss ladke ke favor main jaa ta hai.” Rishita said.

“Haan, janta hoon. Woh hoga gentlemen type, jisko kabhi gussa nahi aata aur acche kapde pehanta hai.” Shiva looked defeated.

“Nahi Shiva. Farak sirf inta hai ki woh ladka Raavi ko bata dega agar usko Raavi main interest ho toh. Woh kab tak tere kuch bolne ka wait kar sakti hai, Shiva. Woh to wahi ladke ke saath jaigi jo usse clearly bolega ki woh Raavi ke saath puri life spend karega.” Rishita explained, not unkindly. Shiva had to understand that Raavi cannot maintain their relationship alone. He had to make some effort. He had to communicate, which he had been refusing to do since day one of their marriage.

Rishita grabbed Krish and left Shiva alone with his thoughts. She informed Dev to give Shiva some time off from the store because he needed to sort this out with Raavi.

Shiva wandered the streets of Somnath like Devdas. Every time he saw a happy couple on the streets, he would picture himself and Raavi. Soon, he was replaced in his fantasies with the new guy Raavi was about to meet. Picturing her with someone else pierced his heart. He had always been the reason for her laughter and her tears. Imagining someone else bringing a genuine smile to her face was too much.

He knew very well that he could make her happy. All he had to do was put in a little bit of effort. That realization hit him like a ton of bricks. Just a bit of effort from his part and they both would have such a happy life. Shiva immediately grabbed his bike and rode off to Mami’s house.

His plan was simple: Shiva would march into Raavi’s room, tell her she is a ghadedi for considering marrying someone else, tell her he loves her and ride off into the sunset with her. What he didn’t account for was the potential groom and his family sipping chai in their living room. Raavi looked stunning in an orange sari, though her face lacked the bubbliness she usually had. She stared at the ground, not really being involved in the discussion. Shiva almost lost his bravery after seeing the groom in a suit, trying to chat Raavi up. Rishita’s words played through his mind: she wouldn’t say yes because of the suit, she would say yes because he asked her first. Shiva had to beat him.

“Ae chipkali!” he called, entering the living room. “Tera dimag thikane lagana padega.”

“Shiva?” her head snapped up and he saw 50 emotions flicker across her face. He relaxed on seeing her look less like a lifeless body. “Tu yaha kya kar raha hai? Dhara di thik toh hain na?” She asked.

Shiva was amazed. Here she was, almost ready to marry some other guy yet her thoughts still revolved around his family. “Bhabhi thik hai par tuje kya ho gaya hai?”

“Muje matlab?” Raavi asked.

“Ae Shiva. Tu ja yaha se. Waise bhi uss din tune woh badi gaadi wale ladko ko bhaga diya tha.” Masi said. Shiva just ignored her. He knew if he tangled with Mami, he would never get to the point.

“Tu yeh kya kar rahi hai, Raavi? Tuje pata hai ki tu kissi aur ke parivaar main kush nahi reh sakti.”

“Kyuki sirf parivaar se shaadi nahi ban ti. Pati ka pyaar bhi important hota hai. Humare rishte si hi seekhi hu yeh baat.” Raavi stood up to confront him.

“Haan toh kisne kaha ki main tujse pyaar nahi karta?” Shiva asked.

“Tune.” Raavi replied. Shiva looked down in shame. He had been the one to tell her that there is no way they could unite now he had to change that.

“Arre ghadedi, ghalti ho gai mujse. Main karta hu tujse pyaar. Bohot zyada.

“Tu paagal ho gaya hai kya? Abhi mere rishte ki baat cha rahi hai aur tu muje ‘I love you’ kehne ayia hai? Tune kya muje khilona samja hai ki jaab chahe tab paas bula liya aur jab chahe tab dur phek diya?” Raavi was fuming.

“Muje pata hai ki maine bhohot galat kiya hai tere saath, par muje saach main laga tha ki tu kush rahegi. Aab ja ke samja hu ki humari khushi ek dusre ke saath hi hai. Raavi, bachpan se tu meri chipkali hai. Main aaj sach bol raha hoon. Main tuje bohot pyaar karta hoon. Please iss rishte ke liya haan mat bol.”

“Masi, aunty, uncle, Shankar, main yeh shaadi nahi kar sakti. Main sirf Shiva se pyaar karti hoon.” Raavi replied with the utmost confidence, not breaking eye contact with Shiva once. He could learn a thing or two from her when it came to announcing her decisions. She grabbed Shiva’s hand and led him out of the house. It was time for them to go home.

Raavi sat on his bike, hugging against his back and resting her head on his neck. Shiva smiled softly.

“I love you, bhoothnath.” She told him after getting off.

“Woh sab to thik hai par tu ek Shankar naam ke ladke se shaadi karne jaa rahi thi?” Shiva taunted. Raavi gently punched him on the shoulder.

“I love you too, meri chipkali.” Shiva replied, engulfing her in a hug.
