These VIP gang minus Nishant are completely blinded by hatred towards Pratik. Kitna overthink kar rahe the that Pratik wants to go to jail to get footage lol. In 3rd round, Pratik barabar task khela with Simba and these people got confused. They cant fathom that Pratik is an honest person and genuinely did not think Neha committed more mistakes than him thats why he was ready to go to jail in place of her.

In case of Simba, Simba did violence. That alone makes him more worthy of jail. Its quite simple really.
