It's not just the touch Fria, even if you step into personal boundaries he has the right to push her away. If the person is uncomfortable he has a right to protect himself.

Check his wikipedia page. There also it's mentioned as 6 feet. I know wikipedia pages can be edited by fans but just have a look. His one is made with proper research and actual proofs it seems. All his previous works are listed there. Even I wasn't aware of those.
