Umar apparently said in one of the LF's that Asim had to go through therapy post his season.

God knows what the others had to go through because I remember Shenaaz having mental health issues like Affo did and reacting in similar manner but she was told by Salman to be careful and not to continue with that behavior, People have gotten physical before too but they managed to stop it before it went off.

However, this season they seem hellbent on allowing everything to happen. I remember reading posts on SM that S13 was the best because it was so raw and real when honestly, that season had the worst toxic BS on it, that set the precedent to all of this.

I honestly do not want real and raw at the expense of someone's dignity, mental or physical health.

oh god it was not the best.... Or maybe it was for only viewers. Not for housemates. There was not one boundary that was drawn.

Someone's personal life and it's issues were shown as prime time entertainment. A woman's character was assassinated it was brushed under the rug by unka wo matlab nahi tha. The whole normalising victim started from here.

Sana was having mental breakdown almost everyday was slapping her partner, her partner was pining her down and Salman just told them to tone it down and bb said it was jus thier personal issue. No sensitivity towards self harm or let's just not get into there.

The whole exs saga was another toxic relationship where the ex girlfriend literally bullied and mentally as well as physically abused him she was thrown out much later but the channel still use that clip as laughter stock when the guy was participating in other show.

And the whole top 2 fight that used happen every day were so high voltage. They would fight and fight one used to push another one got blamed of poking. That kind of stress and anger is not good when it's one of instance if you go through that for 2-3 month straight of course you will need to get back to normal and thank god asim taken it.

When people say bb13 wali bat nahi hai ye sid jaisa nahi hai wo sana jaisi nahi hai umar asim jaisa nahi hai koi paras jaisa nahi hai and I am like thank god for that. Wo sab kare use acha to kuch nahi kare.

I feel funny when people when people say so and so is not as aggressive as someone in bb 13 not as dominating. And tell that his game should what it was in first 2 week where he had violent outburst and since he is trying to stay lowkay but is called spinless, chuck and God knows what not. It makes me wonder that it's audience who thinks violence is manly and sexy and winner material. While controlling your anger, learning to not repeat abusive behavior, being mindful and caring makes you spinless and loser. Bb is just medium we as audience want that. That kind of toxicity.

P. S:sorry for the long rant on bb 13.

You said it all👏 I had mentioned exactly this in another post yesterday that I would never want any season to be like S13. Flop ho toh chalega par woh na ho. Aur agar sahi mein uss season ke contestants "real" the on the show...then I have no words to say

I respect your opinion but honestly, favorism and tejran are beside the point now.

Showmance pasand nahi toh change kar do channel, not an issue, it impacts no one. Kya hoga? TRP kum ayegi aur wo bandh kar denge, bas.

The bigger problem here is the kind of triggering content this show allows to be aired - using mental health conditions, suicidal tendencies, homophobia as TRP garners is wrong on so many levels.

This affects the audience watching the show, the mental health state of our country is horrifying to say the least and they air such content to normalize behavior like that rather than educating people that these are things that need proper care and attention.

I agree with you completely. The thing that people do not realize is that they are setting in motion for more degrading content by hyping such seasons. It's no longer about how boring a season is, this content has an actual impact on the world around you.

We, as an audience have become extremely desensitized to a lot of horrifying stuff, the kind of things that happen in the world around us has also made us this way and the bar is getting lower and lower as the days pass by allowing all this to be normalized via TV.

The people in our country are okay to stand and record a man/woman get assaulted on board daylight then make the video viral rather than helping them out. What makes them any different from these TV channels?

So, you can already see how low our empathy levels have fallen.

Like I said in another thread - it won't be long before people will be okay watching a person getting beaten up to a pulp on national television in the name of reality shows.

I'm only on one SM platform and I have already posted it up there. I have asked my friends who watch BB to do the same.

The Colors people see these stories but do nothing. What people need to do is start mass mailing/calling television broadcast ministry and take an actual stand against this.
