What are your views on Tip Tip barsa paani song of today and the original one picturised in 1993 ?

I rewatched the so-called original classic and felt like rinsing my eyes with holy water. 🙃

Katrina looked scary in the close-up shots but Raveena was acting like she was in the midst of a demonic possession. Oh God, her square fingernails is even more haunting than her dance. EW

I see nothing hot or sexy. Mind you, If I ever saw a woman dancing like that at 3:00am, I’d throw a crucifix at her and run.

In conclusion

In my professional opinion the new version was better only because Katrina dances way better and I don’t have to do a somersault and backflip just to change the channel when Raveen’s exorcism is being performed.

The original video was cringey. The new one is cringey in both video and audio.

Original is iconic, the new one tried to do rightful tribute but fell short because of faulty execution.

I think I am the only one who never watched the original. Not a fan of raunchy songs/videos.

Watched the new because of all the hype. It was okay. Not going to rewatch it as I am not a fan of such songs.

I think these kind of songs were originally created to attract male audience. There's nothing legendary about them.
